25 minutes in drive thru. We were the only car, 3 meals Burgers were so cold cheese didn't even start to melt. No fries. Girl... working window struggled to make change, we had to tell her how much we were owed. I just hope they were having an off night,however I will not return to this location. Read more

Great service from drive thru associate who recognized my items weren't kitchen made and took care of fulfilling it to move me... up and out of the wait line for dining room food. This location always fast and food quality and temp of food always great.Staff a lite laxed in dresss code and verbiage used to assist customers with their order but their effort in trying to meetcustomer expectation is well noted. My family came in to get food and we stopped in drive through. We let the woman know we needed a moment. As we are looking at... the menu and making decisions. We are constantly interrupted and rushed until we were told to drive around because there othercars. We look back there is no one else in line and so we pulled around and chose to just come in and order to go. Even then theplace was empty and still no cars so wasn't sure why we were rushed. After all that half my food wasn't fresh the Sprite wasout, but didn't realize until after we got on the road and I had to get a drink somewhere else. So I wasn't happy at all as slowas it was everything should be fresh and nothing shouldn't have been out. Read more

Absolutely, by far, the nastiest BK food we've ever had. The fries were cold, the burger patties were old-reheated.

Just left in line for 30 mins. On the phone with my friend. Get to the window for order. Still not ready Manager says he told... everyone he was short staffing, he did not request money back. Will never go there again. Three people on staffing woring. Idon't know who owns this Burger King, this person is putting you out of business. Read more

Not sure how you have 4-5 people in the kitchen, no one in the dining room, and can't get food from the grill to the window... while it's still warm, but that was the achievement tonight. The young lady at the window was pleasant, but no one is runningthat kitchen. It's as if the food is just a happy accident. Read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I write 2 kinds of reviews, when I've had an exceptional experience, and this one, and I've only ever... given a handful like this. I went to their parking lot, expecting to go in, no sign on the door saying the dining room wasclosed. Finally ordered online to pick it up at the drive thru window, waited a little while then drove thru, told to wait bythe front doors. I selected drive thru, not curbside for a reason. You had the order, you could have made it then. when itcame out to me i checked it, and no Jalapeno bites, OK, no problem, but it would have been nice if they told me that when theybrought it out. I always default to onion rings, not Mozzarella Sticks. When I went back to the drive thru to explain it tothe manager on duty, nothing but attitude. At the first window I could see the manager on duty leaning against a prep table,paying absolutely no mind. I told the cashier I'd wait at the 2nd window, must have waited there for 5 minutes before he foundhis way to the front window. I think he only came up because I refused to move from the window until i spoke to him. Finallyafter convincing him to give me onion rings (and what a stupid thing to trigger a review like this), I was first told to returnthe mozzarella sticks.... seriously? not like I'm gonna eat them, but what do you want them for? resale? About the Double TexasWhopper, Extra everything, no mayo ---- it came with 3 tomatoes, barely any lettuce, normal onions, and no pickles. How is thatextra anything? This is not the first problem, Ive gone through several times at 10:30 (they close at 11:00) and beencompletely ignored at the speaker and both windows until i left. If your gonna stop working at 10:30, the say the store isclosed at 10:30, not 11:00. And on multiple occasions I've had my meals fouled up repeatedly.
