I came on here specifically to write a positive review about the guy who served me in the drive thru on a Wednesday during lunch... time. He was absolutely awesome. I feel like he deserves some praise just because he was super friendly and nice. Having been a fan of Captain D?s for more than 20 years, today changed that. Having ordered one of the ?favorites? I noticed... that the manager was arguing with customers in the drive through, slamming carry out cartons in sacks, and being extremely rudeto customers and her coworkers. I should have left but went ahead and ordered. Two meals, one $5.99 and another at $6.99 rang upslightly less than $19. What happened to my bargain Senior meals? I was charged for a drink and 2 cups of water. I waitedpatiently while the manager argued that while the receipt said that bottled water was $.40, those were plastic cups of ice waterfor $.40 each. And the drink charge? It was an automatic charge of $2.50. I explained that I did not order a drink and water hadalways been free. She huffed and ordered the young and POLITE cashier to just ?give her back her money for that one drink.? Iwill not even go into my request for lemon. My lunch companion and I have been meeting on Wednesday for many years at thislocation in North Little Rock. I did not get ketchup I did not get hot sauce. I did not get tartar sauce. I did however get a fish sandwich and french fries... but the majority of people I know usually have ketchup with their french fries and tartar sauce with their fish. I didn?t thinkI would have to ask but I did ask anyway because that?s what I?m used to doing at establishments like this. The food was good but the service is disrespectful and childish. The drive thru speaker is messed up so we had to speak and... repeat our order. So the employees were yelling and laughing on the speaker at us. Won't come back at this time of day. No onewas wearing a hair net or gloves, the girls were playing with each other hair and mixing up our orders. Read more

The fish, fries and slaw were very good. The floor in the dining area was so greasy that you could almost skate on it. Even... worse the air conditioner was not working on a 100 degree day in July. I felt sorry for the ladies working in that heat. Read more

The CUSTOMER SERVICE I received at the NLR,AR location was so disheartening. I had to wait almost 10mins for a cold plate. She... forgot I was outside waiting on my order. I had to go in to get my order and this is what I get! I don?t know if I?m more upsetabout the PRESENTATION or CUSTOMER SERVICE! Either way I won?t spend another dime there! Read more

I just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after ordering the Lobster rolls combo and 2 Crab cakes and everything was cold I... didn't get my combo because the black woman at the window said she only charged me for Lobster rolls, My order was $8.42 whick Ipaid with a$20.00 and she was obviously not good at math because she only gave me back $8.00 in change to which I quickly helpedher to correct.
