I did not know they sold burgers. It was Juicy and DELICIOUS. The fries were good too.

I visited tonight at 7:15 and was surprised at how unprofessional the environment was. They staff wasn't rude or anything, but... there were loud. One of the workers' sister was in the store and went behind the counter. She had 3 small children with her whowere running around the restaurant. Extremely bad attitudes at this store. Can't make the simplest sandwich without being complete Jerks and still get it wrong. My... kid is allergic to alot and its important to only put 4 things on the damn sandwich. Very disappointing. Read more

Called this place today to place a pickup order. The employee answered the phone and without even waiting on me to answer placed... me on "hold". He actually just sat the phone down. I could hear him laughing and joking with someone in the lobby. At first Ithought it was an order but after being on "hold" for about 5 minute and hearing multiple stories no order was being taken. Idecided maybe I needed to call again to remind him I was still on hold. I hung up and waited a few minutes and tried to callback but apparently he still had me on "hold". We decided to just go up there and place the order. When we walked in there were3 employees present. There was zero urgency by 2 of the employees, in fact, one of the men was more interested in the SaintsFootball game on the television than he was with helping ANYONE. The lobby slowly began tp fill with customers that had orderdonline or by phone. I saw at least 5 different people walk in and the answer was always the same, "oh yeah, we working on that". After about 20 minutes we had our sandwiches with others still waiting on theirs. I didn't get a chance to catch the names ofthese employees but I can assure you, this isn't what we expect when we visit a Firehouse! We will NOT be back to thisparticular one no matter how close it is. Not asking for 5 star experience here just a little professionalism and SOME customerservice. Read more

WOW... not sure what to say about what I witnessed here. I love firehouse subs because no matter what city I've been too,... they're always clean, friendly, and serving fresh food. I went in tonight to pick up an online order about 30 minutes beforeclose. They already had their open sign off. Another woman was there picking up an order too. There were two employees behindthe counter making the food and a woman wearing cutoff shorts and a sports bra. She had her baby sitting on the sandwich counterplaying where they were preparing the food. She also had on gloves picking up her baby moving her and helping the two gentlemensome with the sandwiches?? I had no clue what to say. I just took the food I had already paid for and left.. I understandsometimes your kids may have to come to your work but do not understand why they would ever be crawling on the food preparationcounter WHILE preparing food. Read more

So the place is good, I will give them that. The theme is great I used to be a firefighter so the décor always makes it fun to... go, especially with children. But the food has to stand apart from the rest of the places that sell similar food, in this casesubs. I believe what really separated Firehouse Subs from the rest of the local sub shops was their hot sauces they had priorto the virus that scared the world. Post pandemic when everything opened back up the sauces did not return. I was curious asto why, and I was told by one store that people would handle the bottles and it became unsanitary. When they said that I lookedat the soda machine which has 120 varieties of soda you can choose from by the push of a button. I believe Firehouse Subs ismissing the mark on this which is why I gave only 3 stars. Bring back the sauces because the subs are no longer unique fromother sub places. I hate leaving reviews like this but unfortunately they used the pandemic as a reason to eliminate what setyou apart from the rest. Read more

We stopped by this location on interstate travels today. Being that this is one of our favorite places back home in Houston, we... decided to stop by on our way home to Houston from Missouri. Although the flavor remains, the service was beyond slow. If I maysuggest, management could do a better job by perhaps training it's employees to first be aware of sanitation regulations, suchas wearing hair nets if you have long hair, no airpods unless you're on break and definitely how to properly follow through withorders with both, dine-in and take out. One sandwich shouldn't have taken almost 25 minutes with only 3-4 people waiting aheadand a few carry out orders(not to mention, order was done wrong which added more time to it). A line with 6 employees should beable to have orders ready in half that time(as a chef myself, I would know that). Place could definitely do better if an whenfaster, cleaner, more accurate service is provided. Read more

Chicken Salad was great. I loved it. 2 stars because there were 2 butts of lettuce in my salad. You make the salad by hand, how... does this happen? It made the salad look full cause it was under the lettuce, so now I was out about 1/4 of my salad because ofthe 2 butts of lettuce. Completely unacceptable. Read more
