They served this on my to-go order today. All 3 sandwiches looked like this. Clearly, the lettuce is spoiled/rotten. When I took... it back in, the staff said that this was OK, it was ?just at the bottom of the container.? Folks, this is either not kept atproper temps or rotten. It even smelled terrible. They further tried to justify serving it to people. Would you eat this? Feedit to you 3 year old? The staff felt like this is perfectly ok. Zero apologies. They offered to make another, which I agreedto. But they put the exact same lettuce on those as well. Again, telling me that it?s fine. For obvious reasons, I requested arefund. If you don?t have decent lettuce, thats ok?.Don't serve it. Such a better approach that passing something off that looksand smells spoiled as normal. Read more

I have ordered sandwiches from this location for years. I usually get great service, but not this time. I make an order I have... made many times. One of the employees making sandwiches had to get involved this time. She was very rude and screamed out that Ican?t do that. When I informed her that this is my usual order she became even more rude! Even if something on the menus changedyou DO NOT TALK TO CUSTOMERS THAT WAY! They refuse to deliver anywhere south of I40 which is ridiculous seeing as most of the hotels are on the south side of the... interstate. I can understand the 5 mile radius thing they have because they're supposed to be "freaky fast", but this locationis "scary stupid " Read more

Keisha is an absolute joy. She is quite literally the only reason that I still come into the store. She is so personable and so... friendly. That is a pleasure to dine in. She makes this store feel welcoming which has been an issue for a long time. She alwaysmakes my sandwich perfect and more importantly when dining in she asks the simple question. Is everything okay? Most places willliterally ignore you once you receive your food. This is how this store used to be but now it is welcoming and inviting and Ienjoy going there for lunches 2 to 3 times a week. So I believe she should be the store manager or at least get a hefty payraise because she definitely deserves it. I've seen her in there slammed with orders, short staffed and still with a smile onher face enjoying her voice. Get everybody's stuff out" freaky fast". Read more

Went to this location for National Sandwich Day (yes, it's a thing) and I ordered the Beefy Black and Bleu. Well worth it!... Really good sandwich with lots of beef and bleu cheese. My son got the Billy Club and he said it was good and my wife got theBeach Club and she enjoyed it. We'll be back! Read more

Edit 13OCT2020: I am raising the review to 4/5, as I used the online feedback form, and the franchise reached out within the... same business day. They offered a credit to my phone number. I went back sometime in the last week, and the more experiencedemployee who was there when they made the bacon and cheese sandwich, was there again. She apologized too, and I told her it's ok(because truly I don't blame the guy who seemed new) she said the employee who took my order can get flustered sometimes, and Itold her I understand, and it's ok. They got my order done right this time (virtually the same as what it should have been thefirst time). The response from the JJ franchise was very kind, and I stressed to them that I don't blame the employee who tookmy order, I would have just liked the seemingly more experienced worker to verify the order. The employees and I had a kindconversation when I was in, and seemed like genuinely nice and friendly people. Overall I don't want to judge this place harshlybased on one bad experience, when I have had many times without issue here before too. Even ignoring I have a gift card I'dstill return here, I just might more carefully explain the order next time if I'm not sure the employee understood theorder. Had multiple fine experiences getting food here, but today I ordered 3 slim 5 sandwiches. For anyone not aware, slim 5is just a #5 with no veggies. So still meat and cheese. The cashier asked me what I thought was a weird question: "do you wantcheese?" I said yes (I also added bacon) I get home and open the sandwiches to see that the sandwiches were made as shown in thepicture. Just bacon and cheese. If I wanted a bacon and cheese sandwich I coulda made a whole bunch more for the same price if Ibought the ingredients from the Walmart 3 minutes away. Incredibly disappointed.
