Wait at the drive thru was FOREVER & no one would come to the window to say why or when order would be ready. Wouldn't answer... the phone either. Used to come here exclusively NOT ANYMORE. Would have left if anyone would come to window to give me mymoney back. Thought it couldn't get worse, but chicken was burnt! That's a first for any kfc I've ever been. The service here was horrible. I got there and waited about 10 minutes to order when I was the only one in line. And when I... pulled up to the window I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. Now I saw this because I was literally the only onethere. No one in the store and no one in drive through. They definitely need to work on their employee work ethic or something. Read more
Painful experience. They took a lifetime to process the order with no reason why. I ordered the extra crispy version and I got a... sad soggy version. I strongly recommend NOT to use this KFC at all! I guess they will cry a shortage of staff for not doingtheir job. Read more
Feel like KFC is actually under rated compared to other similar places. Really good chicken sandwiches. Here is my current... chicken sandwich top 5 and it makes the list. 1. Burger King, this might seem weird but the spicy sauce they use plus how bigthe sandwich is, is so good 2. Wendy's. Had my first chicken sandwich from wendy's today. The big bacon chicken sandwich isjust amazing. 3. KFC 4. Popeyes. Yep I actual like KFC sandwich more in my current stance. 5. KFC has always been a family favorite while road tripping. It's a decent meal at an affordable price. So of course after driving... all day in a packed car with my family, who were ready for something substantial after a day car with snacks and gas stationpizza. We arrived in Little Rock at 7:30 pm, checked into our hotel, and placed my order on the KFC app at 8:03 pm. Orderingand delivery process with smooth and pretty quick. The was delivered to our hotel in less than an hour. However, the problemcame when we received the order. The Door Dash driver was rude and improbable. Our order was not handled with care. The baglooked a bit beat up. The food was terrible, I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy bone in chicken bucket meal, family-sized seasonfries, mac and cheese, and 4 biscuits. We only 7 pieces of chicken with soft and mushy crust. The crust was literally fallingoff the chicken. It didn't taste fresh out of the fryer. I have had grocery store chicken that tasted better than this did. Thefries were overcooked and dried out. The Mac and cheese was not terrible just so so. In addition to the disappointing food, myorder was also missing condiments ( 2 BBQ, 2 Honey mustard, 6 ketchup, and 4 hot sauce), plates, utensils, and napkins that Irequested. This irritated me because I specifically requested it in 2 different places on the order form, First place was inthe actual line item on the KFC order and the second place was in instructions to the Door Dash driver asking to please check ifthese items were included in the order. Fortunately, the front desk at our hotel had paper plates and plastic spoons. I canoverlook the missing condiments, plates, and utensils, however, I cannot overlook the quality of the chicken. I just wanted a chicken sandwich and bit into a hard bit of fried gristle. I wanted mashed potatoes and got cole slaw. I... contacted bite squad only to be told I needed to contact the restaurant. I called the restaurant EIGHT times with no answer. Icalled David Baker who is listed as the manager and got no answer. There has been no resolution and I would not recommend KFC orbite squad to anyone. Read more
It's a KFC! Everything that can be expected, it's there. I was treated fairly, not to mention, give an exactly what I asked for.... A bucket full of chicken thighs! We all go to KFC to get what?
