Twice in the past 2 weeks I?ve ordered my food on the app and sat there for 15+ minutes before going inside and waiting in a... long line to retrieve my food. The staff inside is extremely rude. I asked the girl working the counter very nicely if I shouldpark and come get my mobile order from inside from now on, and she snapped at me ?it?s right here!? Unfortunately this location has started to decline over the years. I have had one too many cold orders, stale teas, and... sandwiches that have had this odd flavor of dish soap. As of today I would say to go to another location until it improves. Read more

Me and my other, was sitting in the lobby waiting to order. As we were sitting we heard a man rudely talking and later to find... out his name was Brennan, to the employees the whole time. He was constantly belittling everyone around him. We got up to orderand ordered an ice cream cone and we had to go out to the car and get some more change and he thought that we were gone and hestarted belittling us talking about we were going to run on I guess 50 something cents, and what kind of person comes in andorders and ice cream cone. His name was Brennan. I think that this was very unprofessional and everyone in the whole entirerestaurant could hear him the whole entire time he should not be working for the public! Placed a mobile order for curbside delivery. Parked in spot 3. 12 minutes later no food. Go inside. Spend 3 minutes trying to... get anyone's attention as I can see my bag of food sealed on the back counter. I asked if it's waiting on something yet or ofit's complete. They informed me that it's done and hand it to me. I informed them that we'd been waiting over 10 minutes.They're reply was "it just finished" despite me staring at it for at least 3 min. Moral of the story. Drive up to the AR365location. It won't take any more time and your food will be fresher and the customer service better as well. Read more

Something was wrong with the McDonald's app so I couldn't log in to get points or use rewards. That's fine, I guess. But the... thing that irritated me the most was that the McFlurry machine wasn't working. So I couldn't get an Oreo McFlurry, which was themain reason I even went to McDonald's in the first place. Next time I'll go to Wendy's. Their ice cream machine is never out oforder. Read more

The employees are hit or miss at this location when it comes to customer service. The cashier at the window was very dismissive... and rude, not at all accommodating, but when I went inside to speak with the manager (Hope), she was very sympathetic to thesituation. Hope validated my feelings on the matter, and I genuinely believe that she's going to say least talk to the cashierabout how the situation could have been better handled. Read more

This is consistently the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Out of the last 6 times I?ve been there 5 have gotten the order... wrong. One time I ordered 2 McDoubles with Mac sauce and a 10 piece and got a single Mcchicken which I didn?t notice till I wasalready halfway home. This time I was trying to ordered a 20 piece spicy nugget bundle that is clearly on the menu and they justrang up 2 10 pieces and a small fry cause they couldn?t figure out how to ring up a bundle and also gave me sweet and sourinstead of BBQ imagine that. I?d have just as good odds getting what I want if I let the cashier order for me. I will say thatthe food I do get is usually given out quickly and is hot and freshly made so that is a positive.
