How do you mess up an order that bad!? I ordered online to make it easy. All you had to do was read the screen! The fries look... like they have been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. We stopped here during long-distance travels. The food was freshly prepared, hot, correctly done. The time was about 2 in the... afternoon and the restaurant was not busy - ww wanted a quick stop. However service was a lot slower than expected - about a 14minute wait. Building is pretty and updated. Thete is a huge amount of parking available, as well as a truck lot in the back. Read more
I found a hard plastic piece/item in my Cheeseburger - not sure what it is. I would like to know though. I ordered the meal... at the Morgan/Maumelle McDonalds at the I40 and HWY 365 exit. Stopped in this location a week ago and food was great service was excellent nice Russian Manager working at the time. As an OTR... driver it's hard to get good food even from a chain: However, as stated this was worth the money as well my short wait time.Friendly though busy staff! Ordered deluxe qtr pounder. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Patty looks like it had been sitting for a long time; yet it was raw in... middle, lettuce soggy, wilted & discolored, 1 tomato slice Waaay too much mayo, ketchup & mustard..."crispy pickles" are soggyas well. Paid $9 for trash so I'm returning to store for refund. Read more
The staff is the greatest. Very friendly and helpful. I eat lunch here almost every day due to the staff.
