I'm done. 3rd time in 2 months that my order was incorrect. First 2 times, you'd think I would learn to check the order before I... drive off. But from now on I will, just not from this location. Burger is always overcooked everytime. The staff is friendly Iwill give them that, and the last 2 times the manager made good on my complaint, but they apparently can't get a simple ordercorrect. Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes. No one came to take my order. The female manager on duty was just in the back hanging... out with her employees and just chatting it up. AFTER I finally got her to hear me she came over with an attitude because Iinterrupted her conversation. When we went to sit down we had to clean our table. There were dead bugs in the drain under thesofa machine. I would NOT recommend this McDonald's to ANYONE. I'm also calling corporate to let them know how well theiremployees ARE NOT working. Every time I get a sausage egg McMuffin it's burnt. They need to do something about the seats in this place. They're so worn... out. There's no vinyl left in places. The staff is friendly though. They are very slow here. It seems to take a lot longer toget your order filled than it. Does at any other McDonald's. Read more

The staff no longer waits on customers in the lobby. They depend on your desire to use the self-service kiosk. Then get upset if... you don't. This location promotes drive-through at all costs.
