In One Word?? ATROCIOUS! Absolutely nothing fast about this food! The staff does not work as a team and The manager Erin is not... a leader. I felt like I was at the club Elevations. The guy at the counter took a man?s order and went on break. He sat and atewhile the man waited for his food and nobody made his food. My spouse and I came in here a few weeks ago. The staff was very nice but the wait for food was out of control!! We literally... waited almost :45 for food. Definitely not fast food. Slowest one I've ever been to. They let one car come around at a time. waited for 10 mins. They had the music blasting while I... waited for another 10 minutes. Cashier was not professional at all. Went at 9pm o'clock Oct 6. Manager needs to be talked to.It's their responsibility. Read more

I love the nuggets but the drive thru fire is very rude. She is white with blonde hair , while taking my order to yelled at me... saying I told you lady i didn't and don't understand you. Had to repeat order 3 times. Then when I got to window I asked for hername very calmly and she closed the window and turned her back, did not turn back around til my order was ready. Never gave hername. Got home and order was totally wrong after repeating it 3 times. I don't go there to be insulted , especially with mygrandchildren in the car. Read more

I was excited when this Store opened. I love Popeyes and it had always been held to a standard that you could count on. Since... this store has opened I have been there so many times always expecting but never receiving. Today was my last straw. We made anorder, we noticed we had ordered food and not charged for it. We insisted we pay for it and left chatting. We got home only tofind we paid for a 4 piece chicken dinner only to get 3 pieces. The prices have increased significantly and while we wereunhappy about the prices we decided fresh juicy amazing Popeyes chicken was worth it. Sadly what we received was old drychicken that by any customer standard would never meet Popeye standards and on top of that for the last time, I am not payingfor food I did not receive. I am sorry Popeyes but for the first time I decided to simply spit the rest of my dry chicken outand toss the last 2 pieces of chicken away.
