It was 1030pm and drive thru was only option.. line was going slow and of course I had the initial thought "Omg Whys it taking... so long". Then I realized the gentleman who was taking orders was also cashing out and cooking.. Bless his heart he was the ONLY employee there. But he did it with a smile on his face and was very polite. Great Sonic to go to especially Kate night as long as you use the app you can use the bay parking otherwise you must use drive... thru. I have never had a bad shake, slushie, or food item as of yet at this location. Read more

I ordered ahead on the app and checked in literally 22 minutes ago. A breakfast burrito and a medium drink, it shouldn't be that... complicated. Like every other food option on this road, this place is a joke. Pushing the red button to inquire does nothing.They don't answer. Update: I finally called inside and explained that I had been waiting a long time. The manager came out andtold me the red button at my stall didn't work, to which I told him it shouldn't matter because I checked in online. 5 minutesafter that he finally brought me my burrito, with no salsa and without my drink. So nearly 10 minutes later I got the other twothings, sent out by somebody else. Here I am eating my burrito, my so-called supersonic burrito, and there is literally not onepiece of sausage or bacon anywhere to be found. If I had more time I would demand my money back, because this place is anabsolute travesty and this is definitely not what I asked for nor was it remotely timely. Read more

They are SEVERELY understaffed, and the manager isn't limiting the parking spaces to account for that. I placed my order 40... minutes ago, and it sti?l hasn't come out yet. The staff are spread so thin that the food frequently has issues like missingingredients or quality problems. I'm not upset at the one person working all the carhop jobs, but the management here needs tostep up and make some executive decisions. This is not sustainable, and I can say from personal experience as a carhop, this isEXTREMELY stressful on the one carhop and one cook working at a time. Edit: It took a total of 55 minutes to get my food. Ichecked on it 3 times, and by the last time they had lost track of it since they marked it complete 30 minutes prior. Read more

I love this Sonic. The food and drinks are always great. My experience most recently however was not great. Quite expensive... actually. Sonic, PLEASE invest in security cameras. A man parked at the trashcan threw a rock at my back window instantlyshattering it on Sunday March 13th because my husband asked them to move since we had to back up to go around them to exit. Theaccident took place approximately 1:36pm that day. Read more

Never fails, every time I go to sonic I pull up to a broken stall. This was the 2nd stall that I pulled up to before I decided... to just leave. No matter which stall I choose I get several broken or out of order stalls. How can a business make money ifsomebody can't order??? Read more

Walked up and ordered two chili cheese dogs, french fries, and cherry limeades. The hot dogs were hot and covered in traditional... chili and real shredded cheese. Fries were hot and crunchy and not over-salted. Cherry limeade was tart and sweet. Service fromAngel was awesome. Read more

This Sonic is fast and friendly. Had an issue with getting incorrect sandwich manager personally fixed and didn't make me feel... like a scam artist. Always bring my kids along crew is very respectful and friendly towards my kids as well. Definitely one ofthe better Sonics' in the Pulaski area will continue to eat here and recommend to others Read more
