I come to this location daily. Always order the same drink. In the mornings it's always amazing. Shout out to Mo for running a... great crew. And to Lilly who is the greatest batista in the world. This lobby has seemingly permanently closed?though neither Google nor the app show this. Only a (grammatically incorrect)... handwritten sign shows this. There is no way to walk up for mobile orders. Its drive thru has always been perilous. Now all carscome from multiple directions at a busy intersection. It does not have a layout that is ideal for drive thru and once you?re inthe parking lot, you?re stuck. Read more
This Starbucks has good employees but needs to find a new location (the Regions Bank across the street shut down; that would be... a good alternative). The parking lot is tiny and most spaces are filled by employee cars because they have no other options. Thedrive-thru is cramped and difficult to maneuver if you aren't in a small car, and overgrown greenery scratches vehicles. Theyalso need to communicate better with customers on the front end, and should note online and in the mobile app when the lobby isclosed. When I went to pick up a mobile order today, the line was so, so slow that I decided to park in the tiny parking lotand go inside to pick up my coffee. BUT when I got to the door it was locked. Not the first time that's occurred. I dunno what'sgoing on with that, and a printed note on the door made no sense at all to clarify (see photo). So now I was trapped in myparking space & couldn't back my truck out because there's not enough room to back out when cars are in the drive-thru line.Finally someone kindly allowed me to back out and exit the parking lot. If I had gone back around to get back in line, I wouldhave blocked the busy street traffic, so I left. Unfortunately, I had paid on a mobile order and had no choice but to come back20 minutes later. I don?t know where to go to give proper kudos but I order a surprise me drink (didn?t know what I wanted but I knew I wanted... caramel in it) and they did not disappoint! When you get a bit of the caramel with the matcha???? Sooo good ! Read more
Friendly baristas! Fast service! I love the indoor lightning. This location has one long table and several bar level table and... stools. There is one set of comfy chairs. The bar stools are a bit uncomfortable to seat for long periods. I miss the oldStarbucks setup and ambiance. Read more
I love this store, I love all barista here! So helpful and friendly. And also they have a great variety of Starbucks original... mugs and tumblers! I couldn't find another Starbucks store but I found in this store! Super recommend! Read more
I Love the everything bagel! My experience at most all Starbucks around Little Rock/ NLR is usually great. Very clean,... comfortable, great music, and friendly, helpful staff. I also love the pumpkin bread, which is wonderful, moist, and the edgesare coated in pistachio. And of course, the coffee is always delicious! Read more
Lobby has been closed for months and they arent opening it back up. They now have a sign saying you cant walk up to the drive... through. You literally cannot get food or drink from them without a vehicle. This is classist and defeats what Starbucks hasalways been about. A great place to get work done or meet people. Now its an overpriced drivethrough coffee stand. Read more
