Asked for the rotisserie chicken, bacon, peppercorn ranch sandwich and got something with little to no chicken, and what little... shred os chicken i got tasted like potted meat, some sweet dressing, and no bacon!oh, and she tells us it's $17 for a foot long!She did knock the price down but o ce we got home and opened the sandwich, we could see why!! !Won't be back. These people are always rude. I work about 10 mins away from here and its pretty much the only option to eat for lunch. There... isn't to much of anything else close. These people have the worse attitudes. They don't greet you, they look at you and mumble.I always to a online order. I get there and they literally ignore me, so i wait 10 mins for them to just hand me my food that'salready prepared. The lady looks at me slops it over my way and doesn't say thank you have a nice day or anything, LACK OFMANNERS. My sandwich wasn't even made correctly, they didn't toast it like I asked. The vegetables were definitely out of date,they didn't add the cheese I asked for , oh and they're always putting a sign up that says lobby closed, drive thru only.They're lazy. I also heard them complaining about customers. Well maybe if you they knew how to run a business and do their jobsthen customers wouldnt be upset. They definitely dont deserve any stars Read more

I live in the area and come here from time to time. Service has always been good, but tonight I received the best customer ever... by both Josh and James! They both answered questions about the sandwiches (I was curious about trying something new). Theywere both very patient with me (I am that picky customer) and not once did I feel like I was bothering them. I had just ended ashift and was a little bummed out, but the exemplary customer service that I received made me feel glad that I stopped in. Mysandwich even tastes better. Lol. All Subway employees personalities need to mirror that of James and Josh! Read more
