My family and I stopped at this Taco Bueno, excited to try the brisket tacos. They were tasty for sure, but the portion size was... ridiculously small. When we asked the manager Robert, he claimed the portion was one ounce. I doubt very seriously. I paid$15.00 for a meal that a toddler would eat. My sister was trying to get his attention, but he basically ignored her. Don?t gohungry to this location! Read more

I went through the drive through today for lunch. I placed my order three times then the Manager, Robert asked the fourth time.... I finally asked him did he get my order and he said, no. I placed it again for the 5th time and he still didn't get my ordercorrect, so I proceeded to the window. I asked if he was the Manager, but instead of answering my question his big rotten teethself chose to ignore me. I asked again and he finally answered my question. He was very rude. I don't know where Taco Bueno isfinding these rude and racist pieces of trash. There's another Manager at the Mabelvale location that looks and acts the same asthe Pershing Manager. I will not be returning to any taco Buno location! Ordered 3 tacos and nachos. The Order arrived with no nachos. I went up to... ask for my nachos and was being ignored. ROBERT the Store manager Was ignoring me for several minutes after he acknowledged myexistence. I explain to him I didn't receive my nachos and Instead Of fixing the simple issue he spent 10 minutes looking forthe receipt because they did not give me one. when he found it he let me know there was a different item on my receipt. I lethim know I ordered nachos. He said well we don't give refunds. I said I just want my nachos.He said you are going to have to payfor them and we can't refund that item that was on your receipt... I looked at the reviews Robert's name is tied to many of the1 star reviews it goes back more than a year. So it seems his behavior alines with the company's standards.That is why I willnot be returning to any of their locations. Read more

The food was good but the service was troublesome. They got my husband's order wrong, but fixed it. The guy who later came to... clean up a little in the lobby lost his temper at a mess left behind and tried to pull the bolted down table up violently whilecussing. We were there a little after 730pm. By 8pm they stacked the chairs up on the tables even though the lobby was openuntil 10pm. They said it was to discouraged people from coming in. I waited 30 minutes in the drive through. They left out two orders of party nachos. It took another seven minutes to get the... nachos. Both orders did not have beans. This is not the first time for slow service but the staff were not competent enough tomake the food correctly. Read more

I ordered through the drive thru and after receiving my order I didnt get any plates or utensils. I ordered a 10 pack and bean... burritos. I asked for plates and got 3. I asked for 2 more since it was 5 of us, and was told "she" couldnt give me anymore."She" I'm assuming is the manager. Then I asked for them to exchange my plate since there was food particles in one of them, noone likes to eat in a dirty plate. Then "she" said she couldnt give me anymore. I asked how much was a plate to buy 2 sinceapparently after buying food I could only have 2 plates and got no response. So we said worst customer service ever, no wonderthey're closing some of them down, and left. Then we let it go and see our food and I kid you not, our beans and rice wereserved if lucky at 3/4 or less. That was like 2 tablespoons of rice on one of the rice cups. (See pics below) we have been toother locations, and we have never experienced this type of "customer service" from taco bueno, until we come to this place. Mind you, I was not rude in any shape or form until they denied me plates for my kids to eat in and me offering to buy some,since we are traveling and our timeline does not allow us to stop often, and after we had purchased food from them. Couldn'teven replace the dirty plate they gave us. I wish I would've tooken a picture of it too, but unfortunately, I gave it to them toreplace and was told no more, as if I asked for 20 plates or something. I would rate this experience a 0 if I could.
