Shocked! Just shocked. I have gone to this location for the last 5 years. For 3 years I went to the location every Friday. $6 a... trip. Now, I pull in this evening and I?m stunned. I wanted to use the restroom from a long trip then order ice cream. The girlbehind the counter tells me (5 pm.. worker) that I need to pay for my ice cream before I go in to the restroom. I said I?m notgoing to pay for something I haven?t decided on yet. She informs me I must pay for the ice cream before using the rest room. Iliterally have been on the road and need a bathroom and snack,,, I am not sure I will return. She was so rude then after finallyordering and paying for my ice cream ($6) she still wouldn?t let me in the restroom! ????????. I give 1 star because tcby hasgreat flavors! Was hipped on my cup of ice cream. The worker didn?t fill it up all the way. It was more than an inch lower than the rim.
TCBY still has the best frozen yogurt! Great flavors and girls at this place were darling!

I love driving to this location at night to get ice cream. The drive-thru is very convenient. I have set flavors that I like and... I don?t normally pick anything else(cookies & cream, pralines & cream). White Chocolate Mousse and Mocha Almond are good andI?ll get them if I?m feeling like a rebel. Service is always the same. Everyone is nice. I?ve always been helped by mostlyteenagers so I give them a pass if they don?t say hello. Doesn?t happen much though.
