When did Topical Smoothie start selling smoothies in a different size cup? I ordered 2 meals and two smoothies. They put my... smoothies in a cup holder and put them in bags as well as the food I ordered. Ordered the Smoky Grilled Cheese, and the sandwich was neither smoky or grilled?. at least there was cheese though. Unmelted,... ice cold, cheese. And the bread wasn?t even warm. My husband and I went 20 minutes before closing and ordered sandwiches. The sandwiches were not cooked at all. Not toasted. The... cheese was still shredded cheese and mozzarella pearls. I cannot believe how disappointed we were and how awful they were. Therewas NO LINE. No one in front of us. The workers cannot blame it on ?being busy? even though that still would not excuse it. Ihope the employees are really spoken to. That is absolutely inexcusable. Who knows if they spit in our food or what else theywould have put in it. I?m glad we didn?t order smoothies or I?d be worried what they would have put in there. Do NOT go to thislocation. We got there at 9:44 and left through the drive through at 9:48. My smoothie when I stick it in comes right out it?s suppose to stay in the straw until. Good company but need to work on service... and product knowledge. I guess corporate was there recently at the jfk location. And literally a day after I went in there and Ihad to tell the person at the front you just don?t stare at me when I walk up and wait for me to order , your suppose to saywelcome to tropical smoothie or how can I help you.
