This is actually zero stars. Zero stars in fact. Probably a negative 4 stars. Management and ownership of this restaurant... actually and physically sucks. I go to get a sandwich there tonight on October the 29th around 9:00 at night time. They have oneperson there. The poor lady one person. They have two people in a booth. Two people at the bar and myself. All she's fixing is awaffle. Not taking any orders or anything. This management sucks at this location. When visiting here last week, it was my first time in many years but the food was good, and service was excellent.
My coffee came with a spoon in it. Added sugar and cream, stirred, and took a sip to test the mix. Pulled out the spoon and... realized it was dirty (something gunked on bottom side). Food order was correct and good. Taking the last few bites, a friendlyroach crawled out from the bottom of the booth table to say hi and then scurry back under. Done. Read more
I walked in and they told me they were closed. They?re open and I was about to sit down, thinking in line and not sure what she... meant either they weren?t taking anymore done in or take out orders, she said they weren?t taking anymore bcz they had to cleanup. And it was pretty steady or busy and it?s says they?re 24/7 open. Makes no damn sense. Never have I ever been treated thatway, especially having to drive there a long way. Bad customer service. So we went inside hoping to eat... Well the waitress told us they are doing take out only so we ordered and where sitting... waiting on our order then another waitress comes over and says can I'll move so I can give this person thier food.... Mind youthe is a whole other side of the restaurant and the cash register wide open for her to do so we didn't argue and moved we gotour food and before we could finish paying the waitress says show some love to the waitress and tip i only make 2 dollars anhour.. Usually we tip and we tip well but one I have no tip for you but the cook because we didn't dine in and the cook madeour food 2 the the other waitress was super rude and three the only person who did any work at the time of service is the cook.She wasn't happy and told us we should tip her because she has bills. I explained to her that if we where able to dine in shewould get our tip but the cook did the work and i would like to tip the cook. My husband loves when I agree to eat WH. ???? I mean it?s either going to satisfy your drunken hunger or its going to be the... worst decision you?ve recently made. This night was ok. I ate a few bites and of course my husband ate the rest. I usually ordera sandwich plate. That night was no different. I kept it simple and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I asked for myegg to be scrambled but it wasn?t. They remade the whole sandwich, but I would have just taken a side of scrambled eggs. Theegg was fried. Some may say, but it taste the same...Well not to me! I?m not the biggest egg fan anyway, so that makes me verypicky with how I liked it cooked. Went for my Traditional WAFFLE HOUSE BIRTHDAY dinner, complete with jukebox singing the WAFFLE house version of happy birthday. ... Been doing it for 5 years now, in three states. Was not disappointed. Completely empty, must have just missed the rush. Dishesstacked up, tables being wiped. Dinner was quick, hot and delicious. Waiter had no name tag, but also wished me happy birthday.Great value for the amount of food. Read more
