Went to the Wendy?s on markham in Little Rock Arkansas at 10:09pm it was 4 cars in line I placed my order for 3 6 piece chicken... nuggets paid for my food she told me it would be 5 mins to pull around did that got back in line my food was giving to some oneelse the young lady laughed at me and management gave me my refund back when I made it to the window I didn?t even ask for arefund I just wanted my food they was very rude disrespectful not professional at all I don?t see how they still have a job Read more
I have lived in Olive Branch, MS all my life and have never received the poor customer service that I received Sunday evening,... May 15th. First of all, I sat in the drive thru for the longest waiting for someone to take my order. I was asked to wait ?amoment? but ended up waiting at least 10 minutes. When the host finally took my order, she had a rude, nasty attitude. When Igot to the window, I asked what?s the manager?s name, only to realize that it was the manger named Dee the whole time talking tome. She stepped to the window with her sarcastic attitude stating, ?I?m the manager. That?s me, I?m Dee.? I called the corporate office about the service that I received at the Oklahoma location which is near my home. Normally I go to... win this often and receive very good friendly service this particular day I went with a friend and the service was so bad. Theirwindow attendant whose name is Trina was so rude and ugly that she was made to step aside and her manager politely took care ofme calmly and courteous. I will no doubt can continue to go there but I don't know if I would want to be served by Trinahowever, Trina could have been having a bad day as the service was backed up to the street. Read more

For about 3 or 4 months the screen at the drive thru has been out of order. When I ask the clerk to recall my order back to me... so I can make sure I got the family of 5 something. I drive through there everyday I mean literally everyday ask Ms Carol, very friendly personnel in the window.
