They were very busy and looked understaffed. Every staff member I talked with was very polite and working diligently to catch up... orders. The delicious sandwich I had was the great garlic with extra onions and added a little chipotle sauce. Great work lunchbefore getting back to it. Read more

Quite possibly the most rude ?sandwich artists? I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I wanted a sandwich with Fresh... mozzarella? that I could literally see that they had available? and they said I couldn?t have it ? because I wasn?t ordering oneof their generic sandwiches and their supply was running low. My daughter wanted to order something else?. Which they alsodidn?t have in stock. When I expressed disgust at the fact that they were running ?low? on a lot of their ingredients? the dumblittle employee said I was welcome to leave. Which I did. What a sad world? when a completely empty subway worker? doesn?t careabout the business of a customer. I took my business elsewhere? which I will forever more. They also didn?t want to direct me tothe general manager? they wouldn?t tell me how I could get a hold of him? or when he would be in?. ?It was against policy!? Read more

I?d give 0 stars if I could!!! First the lady behind the counter was salty towards me from the jump. Then I ordered one of the... most popular sandwiches subway has come to offer and this lady made it with the wrong stuff and stated the sandwich has changedeven after being asked for it the old way or the way I wanted she just continued on to make me one terrible chicken bacon ranchmelts. It seems everytime I go into this location the sandwich changes! She said it was changed in January but I?ve been gettingthe original all year from this location. Extremely unpleased!!! If a custom asks for the food a certain way they should havethat not get told ?this is how we do it now? Read more

Stood there while a grown, adult woman stood confused the entire time, while being given basic instructions. Your job is putting... ingredients... On bread. Not even ingredients. It's a basic selection of a highly limited amount of products... You're a grownhuman... Struggling to make a sandwich... I mean, come on. And can we talk about the stale bread? The manager was phenomenal,and came in and saved the day. He was probably the only one who actually had a clue what was going on. Read more

I ordered two sandwiches and try to use the coupon when I check out, then I wait 15minutes min for the cashier to call her... manager and her manager to call her boss, but still couldn't get the coupon works. I end up paying the full price for two coldroasted sandwiches. Read more

It's a hit and miss here. Sometimes the employees do a great job at the sandwiches and sometimes they don't do it correctly. I... ordered a melt and there were only 2 slices of cheese on it and not even toasted (i toasted it at home in the picture). I *paid*for a melt, not a usual sandwich. Melts are supposed to have 3x cheese. I'm not sure why this location has such a hard timegetting this right. Each time I order a melt here, it is not a melt. From my experience, ordering at the store is better thanordering online (whether for pickup or delivery) because your sandwiches get more accurate. This location is the mostconvenient, but it is getting disappointing how many times they get the order wrong. Read more

There was blood on our sandwhiches. After filling out a report and trying to get ahold of a manager the result was they ?talked... to? the employee who cut himself and threw away the bread knives and did a clean up after they continued serving other peoplewith blood in their food the entire time the report was filled out. The blood was all over the counter they make the sandwhicheson as well. You could literally see the blood pooling in the glove and the employee would go through multiple gloves with oneorder that?s how bad he was bleeding. We won?t be eating at this location again.
