Vey poor customer service! I had a very short time window to order lunch. Everything started out okay, but the employee John... became very agitated (apparently about having to make sandwiches) and threw an absolute tantrum. He became argumentative andrude, refused to make the sandwich the way I asked him to, and eventually ended up throwing my sandwich and destroying it.Beware of John, he is emotionally delicate and will throw a temper tantrum, and maybe even your sandwich. Terrible experience with this Subway today! Ordered 3 subs on the app, one should have been toasted. It wasn't. We inspected all... three sandwiches trying to figure out if we were somehow mistaken. Called to have the sandwich fixed and told to come in. Afteran unpleasant in-store argument, came home with another sandwich that had been intentionally made to be inedible, FLOATING insauces, nasty, and smeared into the paper. This used to be a good restaurant, but has gone downhill, and now not a place anyonewould want to do business. Read more
It was a Subway, but very friendly and actually cared about what they served. Ordered a BLT with just the bacon heated up. The... guy pulled it out of the microwave and actually asked me if I would like it more crispy. He took the time with the sandwich byproportioning the ingredients. Efficient and everyone seemed eager to please which is rare nowadays. Read more
Best subway ever employees knew what to do it was fast and clean good food I asked for a new knife and they where willing to use... a different knife on my food super nice friendly smiles when I walked in and the made my experience enjoyable thank you to theemployees. Read more
The most pathetic subway I have ever been to. I have never left a bad review but this place was terrible. The 2 workers were... UNBELIEVABLY slow. There were only 2 people in front of me when I showed up & I ended up spending probably 20 minutes inline?not to mention, once they got to my sandwich the toaster oven was out of service too???? Stopped in on a Sunday morning and they were not busy. The one employee that was working was quick making the sandwiches without... being sloppy. I had a coupon which made my experience better because I think they are a bit spendy without one. The foodcounters were clean and the food looked and tasted fresh. The sub was also cut completely through which always makes me happy. Good experience here. Read more
