Food is ok, the only problem is the tall Asian guy that serves me every single time I go in there likes to give me baby scoops... and at this point it is intentional, Is it to save money ? Can they not afford to give what they advertise ? . I have to alwayssay something about the portion it?s so embarrassing and he has a terrible attitude every time. I?ve never seen anyone use aquarter of the spoon to serve and portion, he has never gave me a regular spoon full of rice or meat. It?s so disrespectfulespecially what it?s $15 in the end just for a bowl. You get more food at chipotle, Moes, Taco Joes etc anywhere that has a ricebowl. I understand Asian culture eats small portions but this is not Asia. Give me what I pay for if not then stop falseadvertising pictures that never look like that in real life. Ordered via uber eats. They sent me tacos with no sauce and added things to my taco i did not order. I called for sauce and was... told he couldn't send someone for just sauce. Im very close to your location and willing to pay for sauce and wait until thedriver does have to go out. I would've picked it up but am working. He then insisted that it wasn't on my receipt. My receiptclearly shows customer notes requested. It clearly shows what i wanted in my tacos.He was careless. Zero quality or effort put into preparing food. Customer service was garbage.

Food is generally good. Some fried items had a sesame oil taste to them, so we just avoid any deep fried chips, etc.

Always fresh. Made to order. Yummmmmm

Just ordered a chix bowl with just lettuce-tomato and rice. I picked it up and got home it was a bowl with everything I can not... have !!! Called nice girl said they will refund me. Tom called me and told me they can?t do that they will make a new oneunfortunately I have to go to airport so that would not work for me. Tom said he will give me 20% off?????
