It was the day before thanksgiving. 11/23/22. My order for Thanksgiving was pre-ordered on 11/11/22. My pick up time window was... 2PM-2:15PM at Boston Market 12500 biscayne blvd North Miami . I arrived and went to the order pick up line. The hospitality wasvery poor. I gave my name and waited for the employee to check for my order. While waiting i was shooed aside by a second rudeemployee to ring up and order for another customer who just arrived. No acknowledgement, no courtesy. No courtesy then becamethe common thread of the rest of my atrocious customer service experience. The first employee could not locate my order. Not byorder number or name. No system in place. The employee rifled through a couple of unorganized manilla folders and severalreceipts and order forms. I asked to speak to a manager. No one seemed to be able to locate my pre-order. Called up my eldersister who placed the order and had her chat with the mngr on speaker. No help. The mngr and employee could not locate mypre-order. I called the customer service number from my e-reciept. Requested the customer service rep speak with the store mngr.Notifying the mngr i had someone on speaker, she yelled ? I don?t want to talk to anyone on speaker!? I replied: ? It?scoporate. ? The mngr was able to get the order number and search more. Long story short, the mngr never found the order. Thecoporate rep hung up on me never holding to see the situation through. The mngr put an order together of my family Thanksgivingmeal from a screen shot of the item list my elder sister texted me. I explained to the mngr that i had a poor experience,staying calm, and respectful and that i was treated very poorly. All she had in response was a weak handshake and cheap apology.The worse experience i?ve ever had at a Boston Market. Scratching that place off my list of businesses i will spend money at.Terrible, just terrible. Read more

Everytime I go there, they never allow me to get the 3 piece dark, the always force the white me on me. Tonight I was told I... only can order a half chicken, which have white meat and I didn't want white meat, I only wanted a three piece dark. The younglady said only half chicken is being sold. This place is useless. I went there three times and all three times it be the samething. You can get dark meat, it have to be mixed. Thus place is poorly ran.. New management is needed. Read more
Rude when I tried to place a Thanksgiving order for my dad in the hospital. Snickered about the situation. Associate refused to... give her name when I asked. Threatened me when I called corporate. The most inconsiderate, disrespectful, and unprofessionalstaff I've ever encountered! Just wanted my dad to have a taste of normalcy in the hospital, but this place has no sense ofdecency or customer service. Read more
Young girl staff very unprofessional. Every time we come at night no food to choose from only chicken sides are always gone.... Stay never mashed sure food is prepared for customers always hot inside the restaurant staff doesn't want it comfortable forcustomers. Read more
This place has gone down hill. Sweet chicken overcooked, hard as a rock. Corn bread hard as a rock. Chicken dried out, will... never eat here again. Last time prime rib was overcooked, could hardly chew it. They got me twice, never a third time. Read more
Haven't been to a Bostom Market in several years. The food was a tally pretty good and the staff had great personalities. The... restaurant was clean and well maintained. Only issue is the price given the portions, but Bostom Market has always been a buthigh. This pla e also has its own customer parking lot, which is a plus in Miami. Read more
This place is trash went to get my kids a healthier alternative. For fast food they both have diareah now. Thanks
