While waiting to pay for my food a roach starts crawling on the front counter. I was so disgusted that I walked out and the... customer next to me did the same. This isn't the time having an issue at this location, but we definitely be the last. It really sucks because this is a newer... chipotle location and they already have bad employees and bad business practices. The girl who was brand new was super nice, butnot sure if she was the manager or not but the Spanish lady was very rude and unprofessional. before I got up to her she saidthe steak was out it was basically just the scrapes at the bottom and she scooped in a half of spoon and said they don't giveextra meat. It's not extra just trying to get the one full spoon that they usually give but it was a problem again with the wedon't give extra meat comment. Had enough this location went to the chick fil a next door. Never have to deal with attitudesthere or unprofessional employees. Won't call corporate but this location definitely needs some more training with customerservice. Read more

This place is a nice environment to eat. Customer service is A1. However the feeding service is UNBELIEVABLE smh. They barely... give you the right amount of portion of food. Plus, when you ask for more THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA for the portion that you wasalready paying for. WOW. JUST UNBELIEVABLE. Read more

I frequent this location often since it is nearby where I live. The people working here are generally pretty nice & the portions... are generous, but service is incredibly slow. If you select a pickup order for 10-15 minutes expect it to take twice as long.Sometimes longer. They seem shorthanded most of the time. Too much demand. Not enough supply. ??????? Read more

They give a good full bowl... of brown or white rice with black beans, chicken or stake, spicy chopped tomatoes, corn covered with fresh green lettuce andalways get a side of guacamole and chips. I went to this Chipotle a number of times and my experience prior to this has been satisfying - food was good, portion size was... great, relatively fast service & clean. I came back today to place an order of a burrito and a bowl. First of all, too manystaffs and so little effort ? staffs kept on bumping at each other, lots of people hanging out, the service/ display table werevery dirty with lots of leftover foods laying around all throughout the cashier table. The person that was preparing my food hadto refill the sour cream station and did so in a very slow manner, forgot the serving spoon and when he served the sour cream itdropped everywhere into the corn station. When he served the protein, it was barely half of the serving spoon size. I had to askhim to put more, in which he replied ?its going to be double? and i had to explain to him that the portion he put was small. Thecashier waited so long to ring me up and so many uber eats/ online order people were waiting in line with none of their ordersready. Overall very disappointing experience. Read more
