My first time there, went to celebrate my friend birthday the food was ok we ordered the mix meat platter but it wasn't so good... we got our food well done when we ordered medium well so it was bit dry . Fuego is one of my favorite restaurants in Florida. The food and ambience is absolutely amazing! My personal favorites on the... menu were the short rib rack and the crispy pastrami flatbread. Our experience was simply fantastic. There is no other kosher restaurant with this kind of exciting energy, consistency in food... preparation and presentation. The restaurant is always full and there is always a wait outside, this is what every restaurantowner dreams of. After years of service, they still have that exciting vibe and I hope everyone realizes how special this is forthe kosher food scene. Wow!! We had an amazing time, everything was incredible, food, service, ambiance... Manuel our server was fantastic and helped... us find our way through the menu. We had the BBQ Pulled Brisket Flatbread (which was huge) as an appetizer, highly recommend. The Ribeye was cooked to a medium rare perfection and the Fire Roasted - 1/2 Chicken was the best chicken have ever eaten. The cocktails and sides were nice as well. Keep in mind even on a Monday in the off-season, the place was packed, so make sure toreserve well in advance, and maybe take a seat outdoors as it gets a bit loud inside. Read more
