I went to lunch with a girl friend to celebrate one more time my birthday. I have never been to Houston's and I was really... surprised. Our server Natalie was super attentive. Aesthetically pleasant from your first step inside. Houston’s is a dining experience. Main restaurant has beautiful water... views. Bar area is vibrant with both staff and dining regulars. I have been going to Houston’s since I was a kid in Miami, and I could confidently say that going here for about 20 years, the... place hasn’t changed a bit. The food is consistent and delicious. The service is great. And the location is lovely. I’ve hadalmost everything on the menu and I love everything! Great for drinks too. The spinach dip is a MUST TRY. As well as the lunchsliders, the ribs, and the salmon! Highly recommend for a fantastic meal. Read more
The restaurant employees are not very friendly and look like this restaurant because it is in high demand and is not interested... in providing good service and hospitality. I attached a photo that shows the availability of free tables, but despite this,customers are denied them, indicating the reason for the lack of staff. At the same time, the waiters just get together,chatting and laughing. I would have provided more photos, but Kelsey's manager rudely forbade me to take pictures and said thatthis was the restaurant's policy, but there were no signs saying that images were not allowed. I am a regular visitor to thisrestaurant, but today the service was disgusting and unacceptable. This is a disgrace to your company. Read more
This place has been great for over twenty years. Service is ace, and real friendly. Best to book, but can also rock up and wait... an hour or so for a table. Big bar with great bar food. The ribs are the best ribs! Always great. Highly recommended. Best ribsin Miami. Read more
