Love night owl cookies. Best munchies at an inexpensive price. BUT MANAGEMENT fix your AC you have people working in there with... NO AC in south Florida for over a week. I know cause I?ve been in a few times. NOT right to have your employees working in thoseconditions. Do better. I encouraged the girl in there to walk out. That is crazy. Good cookies tho :) Read more
The cookie cravings hit and so we placed an order on their app and went to pick up our cookies, including this month's special,... the Glazed Donut on a cookie. I think the free cookie special is gone. I passed right by their store because I couldn't see thesign on the front. Made a u-turn a few blocks away and came back to search for it. The sign has faded and is hard to see. Maybeit's time to dress up the store a little so it's easier to find? It was completely empty on a Friday when I arrived at 12:30pmto pick up the order. Just a thought. We ordered our favorites : Red Velvet with cream cheese, Chocolate Chips, S'mores,Crunchy Cereal , and the month's special, the Glazed Donut on a cookie. They look great and we will taste them later thisevening. Parking is always easy right in front of the store. There is wheelchair accessible parking also in front of the store.The gentleman working there was efficient and nice. Glad we have this store in the area. Read more
Girl that served me at the North Miami location was very rude? Asked if a certain cookie had a filling in it and was told ?no?,... I ordered it anyways and it actually did have a filling? Cookies I ordered were served to me completely cold! They have goodcookies but the staff service at this location just made the experience unenjoyable. Read more
Staff was ok. Cookies were garbage though. As someone who loves sweets... These absolutely failed to hit the mark in... everyway. Way to sugary. Raw cookie dough. Lack of flavor. Almost positive these are frozen, shipped, thawed andreheated. Most the reviewers giving good stars have never had cookies like Cindy Lou's... We would not go back. Read more
My friend and I were vacationing in the area and were walking down the street so that I could get my last 15 minutes of exercise... in for the day after getting dinner. We saw this place from the sidewalk and decided to stop! I ended up getting a CinnamonToast Crunch cookie and a birthday cake cookie. The price of each cookie varies and is not posted. Fantastic gourmet cookies baked to perfection. Friendly and quick service. The shop is kept clean and I saw the employee... sanitizing when I walked out. They have covid-19 precautions in place, which is always appreciated during this time. Thesecookies are more soft and gooey compared to their design district location which has lost consistency over time. My favoritesare the chocolate chip, brookie, and dirty diana. They have a vegan chocolate chip option. Open late for those late nightcravings. I would definitely recommend. Read more
