Food was great but maybe they can improve the service we spend more than 25$ per person we ask for water we never got water just... one person cuz that person didn?t got a drink and no refill of water server didn?t no remove plates never she didn?t even sayher name at the beginning the server every 40 minutes went to the table it was no a good experience and the blooming shrimp toomuch seasoning. I arrived at this establishment Friday July 29th at 3:30pm approximately to have lunch for a table of three. The hostess... immediately tried to seat me at the last table by the bathroom. I politely told her, that seating would not work somewhere elseplease. She then said to me that we would have to wait 10 minutes. As there were no other tables cleared or cleaned. There wasno one else in the restaurant! She could have picked up a rag and a bus tub and cleared a different table and cleaned one off.That thought did not even occur to her ! At no point did she offer to me any of the high tops or the bar that were already setup she just wanted to make me wait. I looked around the remainder of the dining room to the right of the door, which was set upand there was a server working those tables. At no point did she offer to get me to that those tables. She then stood in frontof her stand looking at a piece of paper for the better part of 9 minutes. She had zero motivation to place a table of three inan empty restaurant. I stood outside in front of the restaurant to call my guests joining me, that there might be a delay in ourgetting seated at which point a group of three walks past me into the restaurant and the very same Hostess seats these peopleimmediately in the section with the server in the dining room! I was not rude, I was not dressed ghetto I didn't curse I have noidea why this woman refused to assist me. Last time I checked, the color of my money pays for my food the same way it pays forher check. Maybe unemployment is her end goal. Regardless, the non-service I received at this establishment was abysmal andseemed quite indifferent in a very personal way. What kind of training is this company providing that allows this type ofbehavior. I've eaten here several times over the past two decades. Horrible UNSEASON the burnt bread and mash potatoes, ribs were so hard that you can knock on it. The sauce have a weird smell... and taste so bitter. The veggies were NOT even real veggies but fake. It?s been a while since I?ve been to Outback but if you decide to stop by you need to see Crystal! She?s super friendly, ... accommodating and attentive. Crystal made sure my drinks were filled. She made my experience phenomenal! I will definitely comeback. Read more
After avoiding Outback for a few years due to negative experiences, I decided to give them a shot today. Saturday at 1:30pm... wasn't busy and I seated myself in a small bar booth. Immediately I was asked for my beverage order and it was delivered quicklyto my table along with bread. Shortly after, Lyn welcomed me and asked if I was ready to order. I selected the 12 oz rib eye andbaked potato, along with a soup. To make a kinda long story short, the soup and bread were very good, the steak couldn't havebeen more perfectly flavorful, and the baked potato was on point. Lyn checked on me a few times and refilled my beverage. Shewas attentive and friendly. The food was actually excellent. I had a really good experience at this Outback Steakhouse location. The staff was nice and kind. They made me an excellent... recommendation for drink. I loved it. The food was delicious, well served, and affordable. I had the opportunity to try thesirloin with choice of shrimps (grilled and coconut), filet mignon with lobster tail. The sides were really good: baked potato,sweet potato, mashed potato, steamed veggies, and mushrooms. I loved it. Read more
