Will never go there again. So much for the hot and ready. I ordered 2 hot and ready and a crazy bread. I was told to pull around... to the front. Well after sitting for 20 to 25 minutes watching every other person who pulled in after us get there food and beon there way I went in and asked if they could explain why this was happening,all I got was blank stares snickering fromemployees and again stood there and watched 3 more people walk out before I finally got my order. They were very busy but it was crazy in there people were yelling at each other and service was very slow. They need more... direction as what to do and when. And watch how they talk to each other in front of customers. Also it's advertised as hot andready and on a Friday night all the warming ovens were empty. Nothing ready in advance. If you are looking for cheap pizza this is the place. While that can be important, unfortunately there are also some problems.... Not the cleanest, the music is unpleasant and the people seem really stressed. People seemed unhappy. It was sort of sad. The exception was our server. He was pretty upbeat. Read more
Use to like going there 2 bad experiences. One right after another. 1st time didn't get the right order. 2nd time ordered waited... a hour and a half to just drive up there to find out what's going on with my order. It was ready 20 mins after I placed it. Thelady behind the counter said it just came out. Time stamp says otherwise. Then get home to find out another order wrong! Manager was VERY disrespectful. As you can see, the crust is raw! I called and the manager who would not do anything about it.... She didn?t even apologize and then hung up on me. The crazy bread tough and chewy and was burnt on the ends. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They did fix the order once I drove back to the store. Sarah, the manager, remadeeverything. I told her that I appreciated it. There was still no apology and when I told her an apology and kindness goes along way she refused to listen and said we are done. Sarah handled this very poorly. So, there is no longer a $6 pizza. It has been replaced by a $9 pizza that's far from worth it. I realize that price jump might... be a corporate thing but the establishment (on the home from school) could have given us notice. Instead, without notice, we'rebeing charged more for virtually the same pizza and the one I got was extremely old. I would have turned around but instead I'mjust never going back. Read more
