Guy was professional and polite when he took our order and money. He was friendly and welcoming. Nicholas was pleasant and... friendly. He wiped down our pop cups before he handed them to us. He was very professional and listened when we explained thatwe left the Sherman East store without buying anything. The help there was rude and never come to take our order. They tookother customers order even though we were first in line. Very rude and didn't help us. Driving to the North Muskegon store waswell worth our time.
