I was just there for breakfast, I got cold soggy hash browns, a sausage egg biscuit with cheese, the sausage was not even on the... biscuit and the cheese was stuck to the paper. I also got a half filled orange juice. Read more

Guy was professional and polite when he took our order and money. He was friendly and welcoming. Nicholas was pleasant and... friendly. He wiped down our pop cups before he handed them to us. He was very professional and listened when we explained thatwe left the Sherman East store without buying anything. The help there was rude and never come to take our order. They tookother customers order even though we were first in line. Very rude and didn't help us. Driving to the North Muskegon store waswell worth our time. I've been to a few different McDonald's and I have to say I love the workers here. The Managers are polite and courteous about... any problem that could occur at a fast food chain. My food was cooked and served as soon as my transaction was complete. Theemployees are patient and attentive. I recommend this McDonald's to anyone nearby who has suffered before the new GM came in.You, as I am now. Will leave with a smile on your face! Read more
Maybe before you pay anyone this amount you should make sure they?re capable of doing the job!! When I as the customer have to... come back to get 2 orders of nuggets because they weren?t in the bag and have to throw away fries because they were so undercooked then the people working there now aren?t worth 15 a hour!! Clearly that is not how you make a Big Mac!!!!! Bacon double quarter pounder with cheese had NO BACON! This place is absolutely... horrible and not just this one time it's been every time we go this was an issue before the new building I don't know who ismanaging this place but clearly they are doing some things wrong this is just ridiculous we stopped going to this McDonald'safter this incident and we were not offered anything when we drove all the way back to get our correct sandwiches done right.
