Was on our last day of vacation, wanted something close and quick..we were there over an hour, not because of slow service, it... was FAST and the food was GREAT!.. Matt our server was "THE BEST" and he was funny too. Great to go somewhere that has greatfood and a server that friendly, fast and a great server. GIVE MATT a raise!.. After being at the beach the entire day, our group wanted pizza simple and fast... we attempted to call the restaurant but was... always busy (we expect that is from being busy). We did order online through door dash. The meal was ready within timespecified. The pizza was delicious... hot... fresh for us. Nothing fancy but good. Basil?s is a wonderful little staple for my family and I every year we are in Cherry Grove! We look forward to stopping by and... getting delicious pizza or a fresh oven sub. The best gluten free pizza I have EVER had! Wonderful flavorful and the crust was the perfect balance of chewy/crispy. Even the... non-GF people in our crew said it was delicious. I wish I lived in town and could get it every weekend! And the regular pizzas(cheese, meat, and shrimp scampi) were given rave reviews by everyone too! Read more
WOAH, Talk about amazing. This was my first experience with Basil's as I just moved to Longs/Little river area. It was their... opening night for the season and they did not disappoint! The staff was friendly, quick, and professional. The pizza we got wasthe supreme and it was delicious! You can tell the owners Diana and Harry take pride in what they do and my experience was greatbecause of that. We are excited to have a go-to pizza/Italian spot now on the north end. I really enjoyed the all meat pizza. It has fantastic flavor and abundant toppings but the crust was a little thinner than I... expected. The fries are extra crispy and have a taste that I like. Chicken tenders aren't anything special. They seem to be thefrozen ones or something. Not bad, just not great. Overall I enjoyed the meal and would order pizza from here again. Read more

Really excellent thin pizza! Ordered take out of a large white cheese with ricotta. Ready in 15 min. Staff was super organized... and the lady that took your name at the entry way was awesome. Great service. Would of given 5 stars but it was the first timeeating there so we need to go back and try everything else! Read more
