After a bad night of trying to get good service as a local in a tourist town we showed up to bww where we were greeted by the... manager Becky. After being here before and watching her be a bartender manager food runner and server, I was happy to see herface knowing we'd have a great time. She personally took care of us and turned our horrible night around. Great food and greatservice. We came to this BWW last night for dinner. After waiting 20 minutes at the table we had to get up and ask for a server because... the one we had "did not know" we were her table. We were understanding of this because we understand staffing challenges thesedays and people get overworked but the restaurant was not that busy and there were only 3 other tables occupied in the diningroom. We ordered drinks and food at the same time, but 1 of the 2 drinks was forgotten. While waiting for the drinks the ceilingstarted leaking on our table and we had to move tables on our own. When our waitress came to see why we moved her response was"oh well I guess I'll serve you over there then". No apology whatsoever. After getting our food (with no sauce and notcustomized the way we asked) she was missing an entire entree that we asked for. After 20 minutes she came to ask how everythingway and we reminded her about the burger and her response was "oh yeah I forgot to put that in"... We usually make this one of our vacation places to eat in NMB because the grandkids love it. In this short-handed work force,... those who show up to work here are friendly and well-trained, and they truly desire to provide the best service possible. Goodvariety and good food too. If you understand that all restaurants are struggling to adequately staff, you'll appreciate thesefolks' efforts to serve you well. I ordered $120 worth of food. The hamburger was raw and all the fries were hard as a rock like they purchased them at McDonald's... 3 days ago. I called and they manager Joseph said he would put my name and number in the computer so next time he might be ableto give me something extra. What does "maybe" mean?? My Husband and I went here for lunch on 11/28 The waitress was very friendly. Checked in on us regularly and made... recommendations on food choices. We didn?t have to wait on her for anything which is always a bonus. No lines upon arrival so wedidn?t need to wait to be seated. I ordered some cheese and chips, a chicken buffalo wrap with fries. The wrap was good and ourfood came out pretty quick. I don?t really have any complaints. Other then how close there tables are together! You can?tsocial distance because there?s no way to.
