Amazing service from this location! The staff is excellent. Came through the drivethrough with my husband and son, the young... girl named Emma working the drive through was very kind and polite. She explained practically the whole menu to me and myclueless husband and was able to answer all of our tedious questions. The food was amazing, super long line but we got throughit very quickly. Not only did they hand my food and drink to the car in front of me and she handed it back after it had been in her car, I asked... for new food and all they did was re bag it and hand me the same drink as well. I just love Chick-fil-a! The food and customer service are great.. but,, I was a bit disappointed with my sandwich ???? today.... The chicken was dry and the French fries ???? were cold. Just an off day I suppose. And I will continue to go there! Yum. Read more

You know the food is going to be awesome. The service is friendly, fast, and fantastic! They tear through a huge line of cars... on the drive-thru very quickly. Inside, we placed a large order and our food was delivered to our table almost as fast as wecould sit down. They gave us extra sauce and extra pickles at no charge. The bathroom was clean. They have automatic trash cansthat open as you approach. The staff seem very well trained, efficient, and friendly. Entrance is via Ashley loop or throughthe home Depot parking lot. Read more
Had the worst chick-fil-a experience of my life. it was genuinely surprising. we came in on friday night only to order two... milkshakes and an ice dream cup. drive thru was completely wrapped around so we went inside. no line, but at least 15 peoplewaiting around for food. we ordered quickly and went to wait, betting on how long it would take. unfortunately, we sat in theuber eats/mobile pickup area (no sign said don?t sit there plus they weren?t using those tables anyway. it was too busy...). anemployee quite briskly told us to move and not sit there after 20 minutes of waiting. the dining room stayed full of impatientpeople. finally after 40 MINUTES i had had enough. i went up to the counter and inquired about our order. the manager said that?there was confusion early and our order had been bumped. i?ll make them right away.? we literally got our order 4 minuteslater. BUT we got a vanilla instead of a strawberry shake?so not even correct. plus there was no compensation for a 45 minutewait that was their fault since we were skipped. just a ?thank you for your patience.? needless to say, i will not be returningto this chick-fil-a whenever i visit myrtle again. I normally stop by around lunch time and everything is generally fresh and good. This time I stop by during dinner time and I... requested everything to be good and fresh and hot. The waffle fries was fresh and hot the nuggets was hard and cold . I alsorequested for separate bags and was told they could not do that and they would give me two separate bags for us to separate thefood. I never had that problem before. Read more
