Although I enjoyed my order I was underwhelmed by this I understand Covid regulations and what not but this tone was unnecessary... for you to assume that a young black male had stolen an order before he even spoke. My fiancé recently picked up my order myname is Julia S. the order he mistakenly grabbed was under the name Julie S. He thought it was mine till I confirmed with him Ijust had a small order I set under his name so therefore he returned it. He wasn't greeted in any manner other than annoyanceand the employee instantly calls for management because she assumed he stole the order. Being that he is currently flusteredonce returning home I am not a satisfied customer. He's usually shy and quiet as you can see you can understand the confusionbetween orders. We worked at jersey Mike's and we experienced many people take orders with 30-$80 or more but never returned.There may need to be a character adjustment for said employee or maybe they are having a bad day with that being said there wasno excuse for her actions. This is my 2nd time here. Im still in here now writing this review. 1st time I came it was awful but let it slide as a fluke.... Today the employees were seemingly fighting with each other as I arrived. At least the server was sort of polite to me. Serviceis Still not what i?d hope for (unfortunately this is what I?ve come to expect in today?s day & age). But where we totally crossthe line is the chicken is badly undercooked. I?m halfway through my bowl. I knew since the first bite but pressed on tellingmyself ?oh everything is fine, I?m just being dramatic?. But at this point I can?t ignore it anymore. I won?t be finishing my$18.73 bowl, nor will I return. Hopefully I?m not spraying out of both ends in the next 30 minutes. They used to be really good. Idk what happened but the chips were absolutely STALE. Definitely were not made today. They were... out of basics. It?s Friday at 1pm how is this possible?! No steak. I just came to this location today for some lunch with my mom, and overall I was very impressed with my experience! Vincent gave... AMAZING customer service and went above and beyond to make my order perfect (which is rare on most Chipotle visits I've had inthe past)! Only thing that could have been better were the chips - they were very stale the day we were there. I understand shortages but they were simply out of things due to not properly making food ahead of time. Running out of basic... things in the middle of the day. It was 1pm when they were out of many items. They all seemed mad and argued with customers overwhy certain things were out. They blamed customers as well saying ?we?re out becoming of all of these people ordering?. I?veworked in food service many years and this is wrong. Only gave 2 instead of 1 because the sofrita?s were really good. Themanagement needs retraining and they need to close early if they are short staffed.
