Amazing service. The person who took my order was really cheerful and helpful. The food was amazing. Everytime I get food from... here it is always nice and hot. They also always get my order right. Food was as expected but the five stars are for the girl with the cool chain, perfect hair and awesome positive personality... working the drive-through late night. Never had been here before. Pretty good, we are very happy it was open late. We had 2 basic hamburgers, cheese bites and a cajun... chicken sandwich. This was the sandwich we were most interested in. My fiance is cajun and is a critic. He said it was okay, heliked it. Needed a little more kick but overall pretty good. The other items were delish. Read more
I go to this Cook Out a lot. This time, it was terrible. First thing, why are all Cook Outs near by out of cheesecake for the... shakes? Second thing is that as I was ordering, the employee taking my order was cutting me off everytime I said something. Nowonder why he got my order wrong. I asked for Cajun Cheese Fries, I got Cajun Fries. Also I asked for 2 cups of cheese on theside, as I ususaly do. Both cups were half empty. Read more
Our first time at cookout. The food was fantastic and fresh tasting! The burgers actually had that fresh grilled taste! Combo... trays are under $6 and have so many options. The shakes and floats were so thick and yummy. Definitely a new go to when we aredown here. Read more
Ordered for 4 people, only 2 orders were right. They gave me a bag with someone else's completely different order and forgot 3... of my items, when I told them they all acted like they didn't understand what I was saying and tried to recharge me for themissing items that were already on my receipt. I could hear the grill cook getting angry and making rude comments about the"people at the window complaining" I was very polite, never rude, and never got aggravated with them. Read more
