I wish I could give 0 stars. I used to live here a few years ago and it was the best DD around. Now I come back a few years... later on vacation and it?s the worst!! Coffee is never made right and bad customer service. I?ve been on vacation for 5 days nowand every single day I come to this DD to order simple things like an iced coffee with mocha and sugar or caramel with cream andevery single time it has been wrong!! I don?t know why it is so hard to make coffee at this location but clearly it is. One daythey asked us to repeat ourselves multiple times while they had another girl shouting random stuff through the speaker andplaying around while arguing about some McDonald chicken nuggets that sat there for 30 or more minutes, I don?t know and don?tcare, I just wanted my coffee to come out like it does at every other DD I?ve ever shopped at. When I mentioned it was wrong thelady had a big attitude, like I offended her personally, and was mean mugging me. I didn?t choose this job for you girl, sodon?t be so rude to ur customers keeping cash flowing through ur store so it can stay open and give you a pay check. If youdon?t like it, choose another job. Don?t waste ur money on bad coffee like I did, either try another DD or buy some from thegrocery store and make it in ur room like I did. Read more

Cashier gave us 2 $1.00. Bills taped up very badly. We informed her we didn't want those bills. She gave us an attitude. She... said the bank gave the manager those bills. Went into this DD this morning, had my order taken by this woman with an undercut. I have to say, my coffee was good but the... service was terrible. She looked angry with me every time I said something to her and aggressively tapped the screen as if i wasbothering her. I am a regular at this dunkin, usual service is great? Someone want to argue this isn?t service with a smile ???? these girls was amazing!!! Oh and did I mention the caramel craze... coffee was mmmm mmmm good ???? And the grand babies said thanks for fixing them special donuts ???? 1st time in this store as Iam from Kentucky, but guaranteed I will be in it anytime I?m here. Move over Starbucks the not only have friendly girls withbeautiful smiles, they have the best coffee and awesome reward program. I recommend downloading the DD app and go for avisit!!!!! Was very busy and the wait took long than it should because one disgruntled customer was arguing with the staff. The doughnuts... were pretty picked over but coffee was good. I?m sure this was more of an exception than the norm. Read more
I love their slogan everyone runs on Dunkin, great coffee, decent breakfast selection good deal on their bagged coffee if you go... in you actually get a pound of coffee unlike buying it at a grocery store where you only get 10 or 12 ounces always runningdeals. The only negative to this place is getting in and out of the parking lot. Read more
