This weekend was my lady’s birthday and she wanted to try Rios. We were both blown away. Beautiful atmosphere and building.... Our server Ethan was absolutely amazing and made our experience the best ever. I mentioned to him that it was her 25th birthdayand it would be nice to have them sing for her. Not only did they sing but Ethan made sure there was a nice dessert with aspecial message for her (see photo). The food and meats were absolutely incredible and would love to come back soon again. Went for our anniversary. It was a great experience. The meat was wonderful. There was lamb, pork loin, chicken, filet with... bacon, new york strip, and sausage. One of my favorites was the pinapple with cinnamon. There is a cold & hot bar as your 1stcourse. They bring the meats around on huge skewers for your second course. Definitely a dining experience. We have been here before and it was great at that point. We ate here today and it was not as good as before. The salad bar was... on point and fresh. The staff was very friendly and quick to take care of you. However the meat flavor wasn’t there this time.The chicken wrapped with bacon as well as the filet mignon were both over cooked and unseasoned. Be prepared to eat to get yourmoneys worth. Read more

Best restaurant ever!! The salad bar was amazing! Multiple choices with both hot and cold selections. The service was beyond... reproach. Zach and David were fun, attentive, and very accommodating even when I asked to steal a plate to commemorate ourvisit. The meats were amazing. Multiple selections of perfectly seasoned and cooked meats that never stopped coming by thetable. Our plates were never empty. When we had a selection we enjoyed, it was a simple matter of asking one of the multiplewaiters and it would come to the table very quickly. Rioz was definitely worth our two hour drive to get there!
