What annoys me about this location is that employees at this location like Shadee. Only want the policy to apply for employees... not customers. Where was the policy of being a Smoke Free Establishment, when I told Jamie about the customer smoking? Which shedid nothing about other then give free food when the customer became very rude to me. I fell in love with the Java chip frappe but I?m so discouraged going through the drive thru anymore, I never get the same Java... chip anymore. It?s usually missing the coffee or they put cookies on top. I never actually get a true Java chip frappe. Read more

A typical Starbucks. I appreciated the woman at the window was wearing a mask - covid is not over! Begining to look a little... tatty compared to when it opened: signage shows wear (former taped promos?), landscaping stones have accumulated debris, woodfascia (which originally look impressively nice imo) is looking weathered in a not so nice way. Not important to the coffee, butpart of the branding. No signs indicating in/out drive cuts? Again, nice they wore masks. ADDENDUM: this morning they hadlandscapers out, and it looked like someone picking up between the stones? Guy in the picture appeared to be pointing along thebuilding perimeter to the guy with the picker; if that's the case it's curiously serendipitous, or to be applauded forpromptness. (The stones really need removing, then replaced for a crisper look). The sign indicating one way at the drivethrough entrance needs to face the drive cut into the shopping center (and the reverse from the shopping center parking lot). Seeing it as you've already turned into the Starbucks drive cut is too late, it needs to be visible as you approach. ...downside: the woman at the window today wasn't wearing a mask...? Read more

The staff seems to be trying, but this location is VERY busy every time I stop. It takes 15 minutes to get a drink, and... mistakes are frequent. Read more

the Starbucks in nmb is the worst location I?ve ever been to. This has been going on for years. It?s nothing new. They are... extremely slow!!! I wait 34 minutes and they didn?t even FILL my cup ALL the way. The staff here is amazing. The only downside is that when I visit other cities and Starbucks I'm always a little disappointed.... These guys set a really high standard. Keep up the great work. Incredibly polite, efficient, while never sacrificing quality forspeed. Read more
