Huge Variety an awesome combos of ice cream. Tasted great

Slow service. Waited 45 minutes. One server was not friendly. Cashier spent more time counting tip money while customers waited.... Have been coming here many years and not happy with our experience lately due to workers. Very disappointed. Will give one moretry for kids sake because ice cream is good. My wife and I had pretty complicated orders, and they were able to take our order correctly without us having to repeat... ourselves and they didn't make any mistakes. This seemed to be true for the other customers around us as well. Not superfriendly, but polite, at least by typical ice cream store standards. Not super fast either, but somewhat understandableconsidering the mixin-oriented nature of the store. It's not like they were just lounging around being lazy. They were allchurning away taking orders and making food. Even the cashier, when idle, would go over and wash her hands and help out withorder fulfillment whenever a backlog started to accumulate on the fulfillment side. Overall pretty good. Only deducting asingle star because (1) I've seen other stores with similar order complexity that have more streamlined processes and canprocess orders much more quickly, e.g. The Yard, in Ashburn, VA and (2) I've seen other ice cream stores with friendlier staff. Train your staff. We asked before we got in line if they had milkshakes and the girl in the front said yes. We waited 20 mins in... line and as soon as we got up to order we hear they are out of milk. The girl who answered us in the beginning was unapologetic,rolled her eyes, and basically said ?too bad?. We honestly wouldn?t have been very upset or had left a bad review if it wasn?tfor the horribly aloof and indifferent service. Read more

The ice cream is delicious, the employees were all helpful. It was a bit busy, but worth the wait. I got the raspberry ice... cream with fresh raspberries and chocolate chips. It did melt a bit from the mixing, but the flavor was good. Read more
