The parking lot is designed to induce aneurysms, it also forces you to wait in the drive thru for extended periods of time since... the staff only take and cook one order at a time. We sat in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes just to get to the speaker. Read more

Gotta love having taco bell close by. The drive-thru is setup in a dumb way... if you come to it by way of 2nd Ave verses Hwy... 17, you are expected to merge into the line of cars, but those who have been waiting a while are not eager to let you in. Itfeels wrong, like you are trying to cut in. It's just poorly designed. Most of the staff has been nice and we haven't had tomany issues with our orders. I would like to see the late night hours come back but that issue is Nation wide. Read more

My third time stopping at this Taco Bell over a few months while working in the area !! The first time they didn?t give me my... chalupas and was already on 31 so I couldn?t go back 2nd time I can?t remember exactly what happened but they messed up my orderand then was super rude and unprofessional about it then today I order quesadilla meal barely any chicken at all no quest sauceat all just bit of chicken mostly cheese and bread , chalupa meal had barely any beef at all!! I was there on 3 separate occasions as a door dasher picking up meals for the clients. I can't speak about the food because I... did not eat there but the service was horrible. The first and second time I had to wait 20-30 min for the orders in the lobbyarea. I was told they were short staffed but the staff that was there were on their phones and one was even walking around thework station eating chips. This was the same employee that cussed at me the 3rd time I was there. They closed the lobby soeveryone had to go thru the drive-thru. I waited an hour for the food and when I asked for them to confirm it was all there Iwas cussed at. I seen other patrons being treated just as bad. Horrible experience. Read more
Good service at a fast food restaurant is vanishingly rare today, but the gentleman running the drive-thru line at this Taco... Bell on Friday night (6/8/22) at just before 9pm was exceptional. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him the credithe's due. Not only was he swift, but very courteous and attentive. Read more
