The food and service was fine. My complaint was about cleanliness. I sat in a booth facing the window. The blinds were so dirty... it was hard to eat my lunch. In the bathroom I couldn't help but notice the changing table in the handicapped stall wasn't veryclean, either. My husband later told me he looked up and couldn't help but notice that the ceiling was pretty bad also. All ofthis is extremely unhygienic and makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. TGI FRIDAY #0746** Food made my teen son ????????! The chicken parmesan pasta made my teen son sick shortly after eating... (3hr). This is why I have a strict policy after 8pm don't purchase food from these restaurants. Could have put him in thehospital thankfully he vomited and..... It out! Stay away I wish I could get a full refund for his meal almost allowed his2year old brother to eat his leftovers thankfully we did not! Don't trust these restaurants! Go to grocery store get snacksbecause they don't care about your safety or children safety!!! Serve safe training needed and Health department needs tovisit!!!!! update- The manager called and showed a real concern/care. He refunded the meal and apologized. Thank u sir! Read more

The food was cooked amazingly. My husband and I went out to dinner for some alone time away from the kids and grandkids and had... a wonderful meal. Everything was cooked to perfection. My family went there tonight to celebrate my husbands birthday. I think it was the first day for our waitress. But it was... incredibly awful. Slow service! Had to ask for napkins and silverware. The food took a very long time. And when my son got hisribs they were under cooked and hard to chew. Waited a long time for drink refills. They waitress apologized for the food takenso long saying they were busy. And there was absolutely no one else on the whole side of the restaurant were we sat. Service wasnot good. Food was not good. I would not recommend this restaurant. I would like compensation for spending the $200. And wouldlike for management to contact me Read more

Horrible experience. Was Given ROTTEN LEMONS, WINGS TASTED OLD OVER COOKED AND DRIED OUT, PASTA WAS STUCK TOGETHER. The server... tried, but lacked effort. Upon arriving another server sat in her car blasting music. If you want a nice experience and goodfood go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. $75 down the drain. This location definitely needs to be closed. Orders two platters for 7:01pm curbside pickup. Checked in at 7:02 and confirmed “I’m here” after 15 minutes I go... inside… no one at bar for additional 5-7 minutes…. Ignored by hostess. Find my food on a shelf down a hallway. Cold andsoggy. They forgot side of ranch, side of whiskey glaze and forgot my sons lemonade. Very long wait for a cold, greasy appetizer that was inedible. The service was excellent and the entrees were good. Bacon... cheeseburger was fresh, salmon was grilled perfectly and the ribs were tender. Overall, good experience. Read more
