Food was okay, but not the best. It is good for the price you pay though.
Ordered hibachi shrimp, hibachi chicken and shrimp tempura. Unfortunately no vegetable tempura... large portions. Shrimps were... very small in hibachi but generous portion. Got held up at the supply store in North Myrtle and stopped by for a late lunch. First time eating at this location. Food was... absolutely on point and the staff was awesome. I called in an order, and when I asked for the seafood roll, the employee had no idea what I was asking for. He proceeded to... read me the whole sushi menu very quickly. I could barely understand him because he was speaking so fast. Towards the end, hesaid seafood roll.. yes, that?s what I asked for. Ok no biggie, I finished my order and was told 25 min it would be ready. I goin about 30 min later and still had to wait another 10 min. There were no other customers there. Got the food, the guy was niceand even showed me the seafood roll, admitting he had never seen it made before. I hadn?t eaten all day, so I didn?t wait til Igot home to try it. It was yummy yay! I also ordered pork egg rolls (received 1, menu says it comes with 2 and I was charged for2), the Natalie roll (ok, not great), and the scallop bowl. The scallop bowl is truly why the review is so low. It was inedible.I tried one in the car after the seafood roll and nearly puked. It was chewy, tough, bitter and greasy. When I got home, Idecided to give it another chance. Nope, nasty. And it had such a bad aftertaste too. Like bitter and tingly on my tongue.Gross. I took them out of the bowl extremely disappointed and tried to eat the rest of the bowl, fried rice and broccoli.Unfortunately, I could taste the scallops in the rice. Fantastic steak and chicken always freshly prepared and cooked right in front of you. A top notch experience at a very... reasonable cost! Also be sure to try the shrimp! Staff is always friendly and the place is kept very clean and well stocked. 5 stars all the way! Read more

This is the BEST Hibachi style restaurant on the Grand Strand and near Brunswick County. I drive from Calabash every week to get... their food. Their steak is so tender. I can honestly say it?s the best steak I?ve ever had in my life. Bought a hibachi and fried rice for my lunch. I got sticky rice instead and the chicken if that's what it is isn't hibachi... cooked. They give you more rice and less chicken for the price you pay. Won't go there again. Read more
