Bruegger's Bagels can't be beat! I guess we are used to Quick Service and plenty of Staff in Minnesota, but since the pandemic,... or actually before the pandemic, Bruegger's seems understaffed and unprepared because they don't have people come in as early asthey used to in the past. But! The food is consistently awesome and the people behind the counter are working super hard! Thankyou to the staff and thank you for always delicious Bagels! The soup is awesome too. Read more
Not all that consistent with what is available to purchase bagel wise...this past time they had almost no stock. I am coming in... at after 7a, so I'm thinking maybe they are experiencing staffing issues like the rest of the service industry. Read more
Normally have a really good experience at this location... today I used the order ahead and when I went to pick up my order, I... was told they were sold out of plain bagels, which I understand, as it was close to closing time. They asked if there wasanother bagel I would be willing to try and I said I would take a different one. I had asked for both bagels to be warmed andfor one to have cream cheese... and I received them not warm and no cream cheese on my second bagel ???? Read more
Friendly staff, usually a reasonable line for breakfast or lunch. It would be nice to have more menus closer to the door so... people know what they want when they get to the head of the line. I am sure I will come back sometime, but I wouldn't go out ofmy way. Read more
They're okay. This location can be pretty skimpy on their cinnamon sugar and some other toppings, however. Also my last delivery... order was missing a tub of cream cheese and the wrong cream cheese was on the one bagel. If they were out of the kind requested,it would have been nice to have a heads up and be given a chance to choose something else. Read more
Great fast service. Only three people in line and employee knew to call another employee up front. Clean and orderly, extra... requests were asked and not assumed, love that!!! With that being said, I don?t love that brueggers got clever and started tocharge an extra fifty cents both honey and butter on your bagel when before you could just grab it from the dispenser. Food is consistently good. However, restaurant consistently is short staffed on weekend mornings. Napkins are often not... restocked promptly. Restaurant area also tends to get dirty (staff is needed to clean off tables and pick up after inconsideratecustomers do not clean up after themselves). Read more
This place has gone completely down hill over the last 6 months. I went in to order food and one of your shift leads who has... pink hair was in the back smoking weed high as a kite. They must be having a hard time finding employees. Read more
