Customer service at this location turned a 5 star review and a $20 tip into a super unpleasant experience and a 1 star review.... Please train your drive thru crew to be polite and patient with customers. I asked for my complicated order to be repeated backto me before paying, the staff here gave me eye rolls and bad attitudes. They have a very good coffee and my son love the hot chocolate drink.

Charlye provides stellar service, always recommends the best sandwich and coffee. She is very fast at what she does.

Meet up with family or friends at least once a month and it's always a good experience. Orders are always made fast and... accurate. Staff is courteous and attentive. I have always loved going here, and I?ve always had a good experience. I have never left a bad review in my life, but I felt... like I should leave one as the service there lately has been really disappointing. Buying coffee is expensive, so I expect theservice to be good quality and lately that has not been the case. The other day I ordered a drink and in the middle of talking Ikept on getting cut off and the person taking my order refused to listen to what I was ordering, they were just trying to get meout of there. The way he was speaking was very rude, and It?s not like I had a huge order, I was ordering one drink.
