I made an online order at this location. The app failed to mention this location isn't even open and it said my order was ready... for pickup. I showed up and it was empty and dark, completely closed at 6! I didn't get my food and tried calling multipletimes. Update: I called a few days later and found out they were closed due to being short staffed, but they were very helpfulto get me a refund. Read more
5 stars to this Dominos crew. I dropped a 50 pizza order on them for a company party and they made it happen, even though they... are short staffed. I know they had to work hard and work outside the normal routine, but the pizzas were ready on time and theorder was perfect! Great job! Read more
Joke. While I completely understand the circumstances of being short staffed and unable to fulfill certain orders, I don't... understand why it took over an hour for me to be notified that my order would be canceled when it was "being prepped" I wastrying to wait patiently and be understanding of the delay. I'm a fan of Domino's. This particular location in North Ogden, UT, however, was a little unprofessional in some the staff's... conduct and conversation. I ordered online and went to pick it up around ten minutes later, but it wasn't ready so I waited inthe store. The younger employees were engaged in casual but vulgar conversation, often taking their own and each other'sattention away from their work. The pizza was good, though I can't help but wonder if part of the reason I had to wait in thestore for so long while they finished my order was due less to the constraints of the task at hand and more due to the conductof those completing that task. I actually really like their pizza! When they are open they are able to staff the restaurant to the capacity that they need to... the food is fantastic the service is good the people that work here are friendly. I think they?ve just had some significantstaffing issues recently so I?ve had to be closed on certain days where they don?t have as many orders. Read more
this store shouldn't exist. I've lived in north Ogden my whole life. and ordered domino's frequently from the old Farr west... store. Since this store has been up. I haven't been able to order online except maybe once in a blue moon. on top of that goodluck trying to get them on the phone that don't work either !! This store is garbage. Get rid of it and go back to Farr westserving this area. because this is honestly just ridicules. I never had any of these issue with the Farr west store. Read more
We ordered our pizza on-line. Showed up when they told us the pizza would be ready, only to be told it would be another 30+... minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and they were closed. Door locked. Store empty and dark. Mind you, hours before they weresupposed to be closed. I guess they get one star only because they did take the charge off our card. But we?ll probably go toother locations to get our pizzas from now on. Read more
