Worst Customer Sevice I have experienced at a Starbucks.
Worst starbucks experience I have ever had first I couldn't pay with card, I went out and got cash she clearly saw I had a $100... I attempted to order a simple water with strawberries I had no problem paying for the added strawberries but they wanted tocharge me 5.25 for the strawberries because apparently it haf to be charged as tea latte what the im sorry but this was a joke,will not be going to this location ever again they also could not take my cash even thought my order was clearly over $30???????? This Starbucks is barely better than 12th street. About 1/4 the time it?s a good drink. The girl today charged me extra for a... cold brew with cold foam making a grande almost $7 when I?m sure there?s a button for the drink as one price. My shaken espressowasn?t shaken and it?s absolutely missing flavor. Really makes me mad when I spend $20 and the only good thing is the sandwich?.Be better north Ogden. You should strive to be as good as riverdale. Read more
