Jentry, Aiden, and Fallon are amazing employees. They treated us very kind as we came in very close to their closing. We where... greeted with big smiles and loaded up subs. Very happy with how these young guys conducted themselves. Bought a turkey sandwich on Italian white bread, with lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, provolone cheese, light mayo, chocolate... chip cookie. Sign said be patient and kind to staff, as orders are made fresh and they may be multi-tasking and under staffed.No problem, seems all businesses have this issue and I believe in treating workers with respect and kindness. I've done most ofthese jobs, so it's easy to put myself in their shoes. The wait actually was minimal, the staff was friendly and the sanwich wasdelicious!!! I hadn't had one in quite a while. I'm giving 5 stars to ZACH ! shoutout to him! He listened to what I wanted, and made my sandwich perfect. He didn't over add any... sauces. Most of these girls that work here just don't listen. Over add sauce. Don't add enough vegetables. It's not hard to stopand listen to the customer and make a good sandwich. ZACH FOR MVP !!!!! He really was amazing ! 4 stars is final rating.. When ordering the kept going back and fourth between each item I wanted. Like all the veggies for each item, all the dressing... for each item, and so on. I thought they were making them as I ordered or something. Apparently not lol. I ordered a salad withthe dressing on the side. My salad came soaked. Completely soaked in dressing. With more for the side. I was in town for anappointment and didn?t go to eat until I got home. Extremely disappointed as I can?t eat it at all now. Such a waste of money. Read more
Great sandwich, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the one who prepared my sandwich didn't listen or think ahead very well. I asked... for cheese THEN bacon laid out then toasted before anything else was added He looked me right on the eye, said "Ues Sir." Thenstarted to add meat. I reminded him of my request. He apologized, removed the meat then bacon first before cheese. This a minorpoint, and not very big, but it showed what I saw as a lack of adaptive thinking. Part of the appeal of bacon is the crispytexture when toasted onto a sandwich. The sensible act would be either to ask the customers preference or just put the bacon onTOP of the cheese before toasting the bread. Everyone else was great: fast, efficient and courteous. Most of the time this location does a very good job. I go here multiple times a week to buy lunch in advance for work. The stuff... is usually very friendly and gets my order's correct. Their Sunday service, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Posted hoursare 8 A.M. to 9 P.M. The last two Sunday's that I've attempted to go there after 8 A.M. (last Sunday was around 8:15 A.M., thismorning was around 8:30 A.M.), the establishment was still locked up, even though a worker was inside, and the driveway thru wasclosed as well when I attempted that last week. I am not sure what's going on, but if you're not going to serve the public at 8A.M., change your hours so people know when to show up. I went to the Subway in Farr West by the freeway, both Sunday's, andthey were open I got my sandwiches there. Read more
