This is my first interaction with this place. I ordered half a dozen donuts for delivery and I received none of them. I received... the drink and sandwich I ordered, but even the donuts were on the receipt. I?ve called at least 5 times and have not received ananswer from anybody at the store. I?m at work and can?t exactly up and leave, but I was going to see if I could pick up thedonuts I ordered and paid for when more people get into work or if doordash has to handle it all. 0/10 will not go back becauseof this. I understand things happen, but to not even answer a phone call? I?m glad doordash was able to help me in the end, butI called to at least see if I could be accommodated in the store for the missing food! It would be great if the staff picked upthe phone or even a manager on site, at least when there are multiple calls coming in! Read more

The place is understaffed and I understand that. However the people were just mean and rude and the ice cream was disgusting! It... tasted freezer burnt and my husband's peanut butter sundae didn't even have peanut butter on it. It had chocolate and caramel.As a customer I try to be understanding and polite and nice because I know places are struggling but what happened there wasjust unacceptable! Read more
Google said they were open till 10pm got there at 8:51 and they were closed. I called and the boy that answered the phone said... "oh yeah we didn't change our hours on the internet". I said "what time do you close" he said "we close at 8:50". Crazy!! 8:50pmCrazy!! Read more
Their blender for making milkshakes is always broken. It's been broken for 3 months now. Franchise owner is obviously... incompetent to run this place. Why advertise for milkshakes when you can't ever sell them? Worst Baskin Robbins, go to any otherlocation where their equipment actually works. Read more
I've always liked this location. Its always clean and the workers are kind and friendly. Coffee is always fresh. The... service is great. The only problem I have is the donuts are as fresh anymore and they dont open 24 hours. Read more
waited in line for almost 20 mins for only a scoop of ice cream, when its my turn, the girl was like oh you have to pay 1st!, i... was like oh where do i pay? she was like over there i looked and there was a huge line! why am i supposed to go in line againfor only a scoop of ice cream??? and then a girl name (((AMBER)))), started yelling at me in front of all people and said" YESMAAM YOU WILL HAVE TO GO IN LINE AGAIN, YOU DON'T READ THE SIGN"? uhmmm no honey i didn't read your ugly tiny sign. and shedoesn't have the right to speak to me like that in front of everyone. so upset! worst customer service EVER! So I'm not from the area, much farther south. And there isn't a Baskin Robbins close to where I live. So as I was out getting... food I saw they were still open. As soon as I walked in I got a super rude glare and was asked to hold on a minute. No problemas it was almost time to close. A different employee, a young man, was more than willing to take my order. I told him it was myfirst time there but I was going to be quick making a decision I just wanted to try their ice cream. He was pleasant andpatient. He got the two scoops for me and I asked if he could put fudge on it. When he asked the other employee where it was shesnapped and said we don't have any hot items we are about to close. He gave me an apologetic look and I assured him it was nobig deal I understand. Now because I work at an ice cream shop I get it. It's closing time, you want to leave. However I alsoknow how simple it is to grab a couple scoops of ice cream. I've never been rude to a customer for coming just because it wasclose to closing. There's a way to treat people and a way not to. That really ruined the experience for me. If it wasn't for theyoung man who took my order I would've only gave it one star. Hopefully some staff can be trained better at customer service. Read more
