We went here on a Sunday around 6:00 before a movie and it wasn't too crowded. The menu is a lot smaller and a lot more... expensive than before but, a lot of places are now and you have to expect that. BlackBerry lemonade is not on the menu but theycan make it for you and it's delicious! The food was tasty but not fantastic. It actually tasted like it was reheated or poppedin the microwave. For those 2 meals, 1 appetizer and 2 non alcoholic drinks the bill with a 20% tip was $70. That just seemedlike a lot for an ok meal. Read more

Chili?s is one of my favorite restaurants. Being away from home, Chili?s in Westlake Ohio didn?t disappoint. It was just as good... as my neighborhood Chili?s. My salmon was full of flavor. The drinks were perfect, thanks to Rachael (awesome bartender). Goodenvironment and professional staff. If it wasn?t for the fact that they were closing soon I would?ve stayed longer. Wonderful staff and food is fantastic and let's not forget the margarita on point try the new straw-eddy Rita so good deff come... back I originally was going to applebees at steelyard but they were so unprofessional and rude that we said let's go to chilliesdeff treated us better better staff though short handed it was great service thru out the entire time we dine ... After having a MULTITUDE of negative experiences at the location east of the river, my initial experience at the North Olmsted... location was heavenly! Baylee made sure we were in good company, and saw to it that we were in and out within the hour! I hadliterally waited longer at other locations to pick up my order AFTER placing it online earlier in the day! The kitchen was soquick to get our order out that we ran out of room at the table from our appetizers! They even had EVERYTHING on the menu instock, imagine that!! Kudos to the management and staff at this location. Keep up the great work! Read more
