Worst chipotle I have ever gone to every single employee that was there were very rude and not only did have to keep asking for... them to put more in the bowls so did everyone else not a single one would make eye contact with you and after asking 3 times forqueso and the lady not ringing it up she looks at me and tells me well I?m going to have to charge you, well no duh but when Iask you 3 times for it and you couldn?t be bothered to get we have an issue! Horrible experience, Ryan is a horrible manager. He treats customers with no respect. Argues with customers. I will never go... back to this location and I?m not recommending this location to anyone. Customers should be treated better. If he?s having a badday it?s definitely showing. No one smiles and everyone looks like they hate their job. Read more

I counted the pieces of chicken. How was I able to do this, you ask? Because I had 5 pieces in a bowl with a bunch of soggy... veggies. Extra anything.. that clearly translates to ?less than the normal amount? DO BETTER! Read more

I go to this chipotie every other day around the same at night between 9pm to 920pm. The so call manager is a horrible human, I... was talking with another customer when this so call Manger ask me in a very nasty way if I was going to pay for the customerorder, I told her no she proceeded to tell me not to talk to her customer, so I responded back to her and she stated she notgoing to server me and she the Manger and to leave her store and she will call the police, so I said and did not leave therewere customers coming in she over looked me like she said but she also did not wait on the other customers she went to the backand told the customers to wait. One of the customers stayed outside for he was going to be my witness when the police come butthey didn't another person came got my attention and stated he was another manager he also knows I come in here all the time after talking with him he decided he will comp me my order and also he would fix the order I was not looking to get anythingcomp I can pay for my order just wanted your horrible manager to apologize. Placed an online order today. Never had an issue in the past. When I arrived I was waiting 10 minutes past due for it to be... ready. The crew member asked for my name. She checked and couldn?t pull up my order. The manager came over (Travis) and wasextremely rude! He wouldn?t be patient enough with me to figure out what happened. He kept yelling ? I can?t make it for you?and humiliated me in front of the whole restaurant. Never will I return to this location again. The food here is really chincyand every meat has so much fat on it. They need to get it together and have a positive attitude. Not act like your going tofight a customer that?s demanding fair treatment. He needs to not work in a public setting. Wouldn't even let us inside to order so we had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes for to go. Get home and they gave the... smallest portions we have ever seen at a chipotle. Usually we can split a bowl and chips between the two of us but tonight'smeal isnt even hardly enough for one of us and we dont eat a lot. Extremely let down with the quality of food and service. Thiscompany's serving line is built on the idea that you get to see your food prepared to make sure it's how you want it, in thiscase we were forced to order online for no good reason and couldn't see our food because we wouldn't have paid for it. **Thischipotle restaurant continues to get worse and worse. We no longer go. Last night at around 7pm they were out of cheese and sourcream and someone In line ahead of me asked the to go line if he could have a side of sour cream and she looked over saw thatthere station wasnt out and looked back and said this stuff over here is for online orders only so no. UPDATE*****. This only applies to Chipotle at Great Northern. ***** I know I said never again but time or lack thereof meant... I walked in to place an order to go. They are skimpy skimpy skimpy. They do not ?drain? the beans very well; lots of liquid. I probably got the same amount of meat that was in my double, which is less than the amount I have gotten at any other Chipotle. Same with the tomato and corn salsas. Extra sour cream, yeah, no. Actually tell behind the counter how many spoonfuls; so Iate about half, and put the rest in the fridge. Today I have rice, beans, tomatoes, corn, a little sour cream, almost nocheese(because I really didn?t get much yesterday), sitting in a puddle of water. ****** This was just so bad. Normally when Iorder a Carnitas bowl I get enough to have for two meals. I get lunch and dinner. I even ordered extra meat. This is the sizeof extra portioned bowl, AFTER I PUSHED IT OVER TO FIND THE RICE. Very little of everything, including the extra meat that Iordered.
