This place is filthy. My toddler was picking crumbs out of the seat on the carousel. We get our ice cream and the hot fudge... isn't hot or even saucy. We had to scoop it out with a spoon since it was almost solid. Then we get around to the elephant bythe candy and there is ice cream splattered all over the wall and it looks like it's been there for a while. I can't believethere isn't more reviews about the cleanliness here. I should have taken pictures. This place is about 30 years outdated and I'mnot exaggerating. It looks the same from when I was a kid and I'm 34 now. I will not be coming back here. It was totallydisgusting and I was very grossed out. Read more

I've reviewed here before. The ice cream is great. It always has been. The service was good also. However, I'm torn on the fact... that the the ice cream now comes in a plastic container. The hot fudge also is in plastic. The plastic spoon is cheap and bends.The service of a packed all their glassware. Other restaurants are using regular plates and regular silverware. It seems likemalley's is using all this plastic that is just adding to additional waste. I get Covid but other restaurants have seem to moveon. That's just me though. Read more
I love this location! Such a fun concept that really makes me wish I grew up here. The carousel is so sweet. Ice cream is... delicious with fun choices of sundaes. The customer service is awesome. So glad to have an all year ice cream shop near by! Fivestars! Read more
